SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 26,400, dated December 15, 1896.

Application filed May 14, 1896. Serial No. 588,646. Term of patent 3l years.

3e itknown that I, HERMAN A. DEKNATEL, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of New York, county and State of New York, have invented a new and useful Design for Paper, Metallic, or Wooden Boxes, of which the following is a specification.

The distinctive feature of my design is a box having a round bottom, sloping sides, and a square top.

In the accompanying drawings, Figure 1 shows the box from the top with its tie-ribbon. Fig. 2 gives the appearance when looking at the bottom, and Fig. 3 shows side elevation of the same.

The sides and top may be ornainented with any design or left plain, as such ornamentation forms no part of my design patent.

The design for a box, as herein shown and described.
