DESIGN FOR A BADGE.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 24,938, dated November 26, 1895.
Application filed September 24, 1895. Serial No. 563,558. Term of patent 3% years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that we, CHARLES A. BARKER, a subject of the Queen of Great Britain, residing in New York city and county, and FREDERICK LEVEASON GREEN, a citizen of the United States, residing at Long Island City, in the county of Queens, State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a- Badge, of which the following is a, specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof, in which Figure 1 is afront elevation of the badg and Fig. 2 is a vertical section taken substantially through the center.
The design consists in the simulation of an elephant in profile and in front View and in forming the back of the elephant-like figure in substantially straight lines, the front portion having aconvexed appearance, and, in 20 \Vitnesses to signature of Frederick L. Green:
