SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 23,388, dated June 19, 1894.

To all whom, it nmy concern.-
Be it known that I, CHARLES F. MOSMAN, a citizen of the United States, residing at Bridgeport, in the county of Fairfield and State of Connecticut, have invented and produced a new andnriginal Design for Frames for Pictures, of which the following is a specificatiomreference being bad to the accompanying illustration, which fully represents the nature and features of my design.
The leading features of my design consist of the representation of a balcony window with a. scroll like lattice work at the bottom, a figure representing a Romeo kneeling at one side of the balcony in a corner of the frame, a combined floral and foliate pattern upon the frame and surrounding the opening therein.
1 is the opening in the frame which represents the window, 2 the scroll like lattice work at the bottom of the window, 3 the figure of the Romeo, and 4 the combined floral and foliate pattern which surrounds the window and covers the face of the frame.
I claim- The design for a picture frame substantially as shown in the accompanying drawmg.
