DESIGN FOR WALL-PAPER.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 21,969, dated November 8, 1892.
Application filed October 10, 1892. Serial No. 448,453. Term of patent 3% years.
To all whom. t may concern.'
Be it known that I, CHARLES Boozn, a citizen of the United States, residing at Buffalo, in the county of Erie and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Tall-Paper, of which the fol lowing is a speciication,reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.
The leading features of this design consist of scroll-shaped ornaments united near their top by a bow of ribbon, a wreath of flowers and leaves hanging from said ribbon between the ornamental scrolls, with a small spray of flowers and leaves in the center of said wreath, a vase-like ornament filled with flowers and leaves on each side of the wreath of flowers and leaves outside of the scrolls, a tleurdelis-shaped ornament and ribbon below the vase of iiowers and connecting the scroll ornaments, a spray of iowers hanging below the fleur-de-lis-shaped ornament, and a festoon of flowers suspended from the top of the ornamental scrolls above the vase of flowers, as represented in the accompanying drawing. The ornamental scrolls form connectingpanels arranged side by side, and the vases of flowers and Wreaths of llowers are arranged alternately in said panels.
The design is printed in any desired color or colors or in gilt and colors upon tinted paper of any desired color and is designed for a wall decoration.
