FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of the ball point pen shown in FIG. 2.

The essential features of my design reside in the portions shown in solid lines on the drawing.

The characteristic features of my design reside in a tip portion that is frusto-conical and an upper plunger portion that is cylindrical and of approximate corresponding length as the tip portion, a metallic upper barrel portion extending for more than one-half the length of said pen, said upper barrel cap portion being lightly scored with transverse markings and tapering inwardly along its length towards said plunger portion, and a plastic forward barrel portion located between said tip portion and upper barrel portion tapering inwardly along its length toward said tip portion all as shown.

I claim: The ornamental design for a ball point pen, as shown and described.
