United States Patent 0 Des. 211,296 Patented June 4, 1968 ice CASING FOR AN INK MARKER Joseph E. Corr, Jr., Riverside, Conn., assignor to Eagle Pencil Company, Danbury, Conn., a corporation of Delaware Filed Oct. 7, 1966, Ser. No. 4,188
Term of patent 14 years (Cl. D74-17) FIGS. 1 and 2 are side elevational views of a casing for an ink marker showing my new design taken from two diiferent positions;
FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the casing for an ink marker, and
FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.
The dominant feature of my invention resides in an elongated barrel having a cylindrical portion terminating in a cylindricalband at one end and continuing With a tapered tip having a curved surface extending from said band and terminating in a reduced diameter truncated conical protuberance having an angled end face, and a tapered fluted cap having a curved surface secured at the other end of the barrel and of dimensions substantially the same as the tapered tip.

The ornamental design for a casing for an ink marker, substantially as shown and described.
