To all whom it may concern.-

Beit known that I, OTTO HEINIGKE, ofNew Utrecht, Long Islaud,New York, have invented a new and original Design for Carpets, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying photograph, which forms a part of the same.

The invention relates to a design to be worked into or upon surfaces, such as carpets or similar fabrics; and it consists in the novel configuration and grouping of figures herein specifically shown and claimed.

The accompanying photograph is a face view of a carpet showing my new design.

The main feature of my design is the figure A, which is closely repeated over the face of the carpet in an unbroken succession.
