Be it known that I, GEORGE W. Beonson, a citizen of the United States, and a residentof Amsterdam, in the county of lllontgoinery and Slate of New York, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Designs for \VlllSk'BlOOlYl Holders; and I do declare the following to bea full, clear, and exact deserip- 7 tionof the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the SltltlG, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, and to letters or figures of reference marked thereon, which form a part of this specification.
Figure l of the drawings is a front view. Fig. 2 is a vertical section.
My invention relates to designs for holding whisk-brooms; and it consists of a pocket in ornamental form, when viewed in elevation, 09 an open parasol.
The leading feature of my design consists of an ornamental facepiece, which represents an open parasol, and is provided on its back face with a pockeofor holding a whislobroom.
A designates the parasol, which is open and expanded. B designates the suspending-rid hon, and 0 is a projeeti ng portion of the pocket, which is provided with the enstomary opening in its bottom, through which the whislobrooin handle projects when the broom is in place in the pocket.
Having described this invention, what I claim, and desire to seen re by Letters Patent, is-
The design for a whisk-broom holder heroin shown and described, the same consisting of the representation ofa raised or expanded pan use] and the projecting pocket, substantially as specified.
