UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE HANDLE FOR HAND STAMPS Felix OHal, Valley Stream, N. Y., assignor to R. A. Stewart & Company, Inc., New York, N. Y., a corporation of New York To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Felix OHal, a citizen of the United States, residing in the town of Valley Stream, county of Nassau, State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Handle for Hand Stamps, of whic the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof.

Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of a handle for hand stamps embodying my new design;

Figs. 2 and 3 are rear and side elevational views. respectively, of the handle, and

Fig. 4 is a top plan view thereof.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a handle for hand stamps, as shown.
