SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 12,625, dated December 20, 1881.

To all whom it may concern:
Beitknown that LJOSEPH R. PALMENBERG, of the city of New York, county and State of New York, have invented a new and original Design for a Hat and Coat Rack, of which the following specification is a full, clear, and exact description, reference being had to the accompanyingdrawingfiormingpartofthisspccification.
The drawingrepresents a perspective view of my newly-designed hat and coat rack.
My newlydesigned hat and coat rack consists of a disk-shaped block, a, having an arm, I), for attachment to a wall or other support. To this block are secured upwardly-projecting curved rods 0. d dare pins projecting from the circumference, and e 0 pins proj ecting from the lower side, of the disk a. ff are coneshaped ornaments attached to the two flat sides of said disk. The disk on is preferably corrugated at its circumference.
I claim as my invention- 1. The design for a hat and coat rack, consisting of the disk-shaped block a and curved rods 0 0, substantially as shown.
2. The design for a hat and coat rack, consisting of the block a, rods 0 c, and arm 1), substantially as shown.
3. The design for a hat and coat rack, consisting of the block a, rods 0 0, arm I), and pins 0 d d, substantially as shown.
