PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A HAMIMER Walter W Rector, Cleveland, Ohio, assignor to The American Fork & Hoe Company, Cleveland, Ohio, a corporation of Ohio Application April 26, 1940, Serial No. 91,970

Be it known that I, Walter W. Rector, a citizen of the United States, residing at Cleveland, in the county of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Hammer, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which:

Fig. 1 is an elevational view;

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view of a hammer showing my new design;

Fig. 3 is a View taken from the plane 3-3 of Fig. 1; and

Fig. 4 is a view taken from the plane 4-4 of Fig. 2.

The essential features of my design reside in the specific configuration of the handle shown in full lines.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a hammer, substantially as shown and described.
