Be it known that I, Frank B. Lutman, a citizen of the United States, residing at Willoughby, in the county of Lake and State of Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Pruning Shears, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which:

Fig. 1 is a top plan View of the pruning shears showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a fragmentary bottom View of the shears shown in Fig. 1; and

Fig. 3 is a fragmentary side view of the design of Figs. 1 and 2.

Fig. i is a sectional View of the handle of Fig. 1.
