Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that we, Raymond G. F. Loewy, a citizen of the Republic of France, residing in the Borough of Manhattan, in the city, county, and State of New York, and Warren E. Elsey, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Merion, in the county of Montgomery and State of Pennsylvania, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Railway Car Unit, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.
This application, to the extent that it includes matter shown in our pending application for Letters Patent, Serial No. D-65,288, filed October 13, 1936, is a continuation in part of said previously filed application.
Oil the drawings herein:
Fig. I represents a perspective View, taken from the front end of a railway car unit embodying our design, both sides of which present sub stantially the same appearance.
Fig. 11 represents a plan View of the same.
Fig. III represents a front elevation of the same, the wheels being omitted for clarity; and
Fig. IV represents in diagrammatic outline the rear end of the railway car unit, the wheels being omitted for clarity.
We claim:
The ornamental design for a railway car unit as shown and described.
