Be it known that I, OsoAR F. CHASE, of Thompson, in the county of' Windham and State of Connecticut, have originated and designed a Style of Cassimere; and I do hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description thereof, reference being had to the accompanying photographs, which form a part of this specification.

A represents wide stripe, composed of three narrow stripes running weftwise, and two wide stripes, formed of a series of very narrow diagonal stripes running warpwise, and the whole striping the pattern lengthwise. B shows a wide stripe running warpwise, and striping the pattern lengthwise, and so woven as to represent small diagonal stripes and figures.

I claim as my invention- The design as above described, and shown by accompanying photographs.
