ABSORBENT FOR PEBSPIRATION.

To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that we, ISADORE BASKIN, JosEPH HOFFMAN, and EDWARD MASTER, citizens of the United States, residing at Pittsburg, in the county of Allegheny and State of Pennsylvania, have invented a new and useful Composition of Matter to be Used in Shoes as an Absorbent for Perspiration and to Ease Tired Feet, of which the following is a specification.
Our composition consists of the following ingredients, combined in or about the proportions stated, viz.: Zinc oxid, forty per cent; burnt alum, thirty per cent; spearmint leaves, five per cent; linden leaves, ten per cent; pulverized asbestos, ten per cent; violet leaves, five per cent. These ingredients are reduced to a powder and are then thoroughly mixed.
In using the above-named composition the Specification of Letters Patent.
