A gripper for printing presses coniprising a plurality arms having each a continuous slot formed lengthwise therein; a plurality7 of horizontally extended arms slidably attached to the said vertieal arms and having each a continnons slot formed lengthwise therein; a plnrality oi separate fastening devices slidably engaging earh of the said vertical and said horizontal arms and adapted to hold the saine in locked position; a plurality of yielding tingers slidahly secured in the slotsl in said horizontally extended arms; and fastening of vertically extended rleviees for seein-ing the said tingers in adjnsted position.
