My invention relatesto improvements in' wardrobes, display, or show cases, and the object of my invention is to provide means for suspending articles of wearingapparel upon a support, which support is adapted to be drawn from a position wholly'within .the case to a position either wholly or partially Outside of the case, and to provide said support with means whereby thejsame maybe rotated and articles suspended thereon successively brought to view for inspection or removal, and thus provide free, ready, and convenient access to all of the contents of the case.

My device consists essentially ofa ward-7 robe, display, Or show case-provided with a door or closure on one of its sides,`a track within said ease ruiming from the door side rearward, a carriage adapted t0 traverse said track, a pillar mounted on, and carried by said carriage, a rotatable apparel supporting member mounted upon said pillar, said supporting member beingprovided with, or adapted to detachably hold indi vid'ual apparel supporting devices, as will more `fully appear by reference to the accompanying drawings in which:

'3 is a-false bottom to the case 1 and adapted to cover the mechanism so as to present a neat appearance. This false bottom is provided with a slot Sa'through which the pillar 13 extends and traverses.l

5 is the vbase panel of the case. 5 are hinged portions of this base panel which are adapted to open outward when the carriage is moved forward to project its front end outside the plane of the ifront of the case.

6 are channel bars having their channel side facing, and form the rails of the track upon which the carriage moves and is suported. This carriage consists -of a channel bar 7 formed into a U-shaped member having its channel side turned inward, and is provided with spacing bars S and axles 11, upon which axles are mounted rollers or wheels 12 which traverse the inner side of the 'channel bar track or rails 6. Braces 10 are riveted to the. front spacing bar S and extend therefrom to the point 7 of the channelv bar frame 7,' and are bolted to the same together with a step block being provided to receive the lower end of the pillar 13, whereby it is attached to the carriage. This pillar 13 is provided at itsl upper, end with a shouldered portion (not numbered) to receive the collar 14, it is also provided with a central bore (not num` bered) to receive one end of the stud 17 which stud extends above the plane of the collar 14 to provide a means for alinement-Of the pillar 13 and the hub of the yoke 15.

In a device of the class described, a case, a removable'closure for said case, a track in said case, a carriage adapted to traverse said track, and to be projected partially outside .l5 of said case, a pillar ixed'uponthat portion of the carriage which may be projected out;` side of the case, andV an. apparel support mounted upon said pillar and .rotatable thereon. l

In a device of the class described, a carriage comprising a channel bar bent in U shape and tie-bars connecting the parallel sides thereof; axles extendingthrough 'the carriage, Wheels axles, parallel channel bars in the vcase and traversed by the wheels, a socket at the middle of the U-shaped bar, a pillar in the socket, and a rotative. garment support mounted on Athe pillar. v
