Be it known that` we, ALBERT J. LU'rz and H. REISS, of the city, county, and State of New York, haveinventedja new and improved ,Milling and Reaming-Tool; and We dollereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description thereof, which will enable others skilledin the art to make and use the saine, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, 'forming part of this specification. l
