Simon, n citizen of the United States, residing at Austin, in the county of Mower and State of Minnesota, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Ex ansive. My invention has for its object to provide on improved ex ensive binder, and to this end, it consists-o the novel devices and coinbinetions of devicoshereinelter described and degneddn the claims.

'lliis turns the inees of all the envelops upward, and overlaps the envelope in such :1, manner, that any memorandum nnirked on the free edge iortions of the feces ol the said envelope, Wlll be exposed to view, when the file is pulled out fiat as above stated, end as shown in Figs. 1 and 5.
