1. A neck-tie comprising the usual body portion, and strap, in combination with a sleeve formed 'of any. suitable material and arranged within said body portion, said sleeve formin a assage way throughout the extent of'said body portion for the end of said strap and a clasp u on the end of: said sleeve, substantially as escribed.

2. A neck-tie comprising the usual body ody portion for the end of the strap, ears formed upon the lower end of said sleeve and a clasp arranged between said strap, m combination with a a sleeve arranged withinsaid body portion and vthroughout the extent of'said 'forming a. passage way seams sleeve arranged within said body portion and extending from the top of, said sleeve having a flared upper end, and a clasp arranged upon thelower end of said sleeve, substantially as described.

A necktie comprising the usual body portion 'and' strap, sleeve arranged wlthin said body-portion and extending from a point at the top of said body portion to g point below the lower edge v thereof and forming a passageway throughout the extent of said body portion for the end of 35 the strap and means on the lower end of said sleeve and beneath the lower edge of said body portion for fasteningsaid strap, substantially as described.
