in the accompanyinr drawingsflligure l is a }')erspective view of the holder, Fig, 2 is a longitudinal. sectional View of the saine; Fie. 3 is a View similar to .l1"ig..1, showing a diil'erent form of fastening device. for soeur ingl the holder in place.
Referring more particularly to the drawlngs, l denotes the holderwhieh consists of a body portion in the ferm of a curved sheet metal plate 2, preferably formed ol galvanized or other non-eorrosive metal. Arranged on the upper side of the plate 2 'is a bailshaped springelamping niembe N3, one end of which is suitably secured to the plate adj aeent to one end of the se1neasshownat4. The clamping sprin 3 is ada ted to eoaet with 'the plate Vto ho d the en( of the eows tail `when vengaged therewith. y l In the plate adjacent to each end are formed short transversely disposed slits, the metal between whieh'is pressed'downwardly to form strap guides or loops 5, through which is adapted to be inserted a fastening strap 6.
