A fence-post machine comprising operating rotary dies constructed to low cut-outs in a portion of the face of a fence post blank, era-operating rotary (lli l'i ior crimping or corruga'iing such post blank longitudinally after the first nwntioncd dies have acted thereon, and means ljor throwing said first mentioned rotary dies out oi cooperative relation While a portion of the blank is passing between them.
