.Z'o all whom it may concern: Be it known that I, WALTER DJ BAeLEY,

a citizen of the United-States, residing at Erick, in the county of Greer and Territory of Uklahoma, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Foot-Rests; of

which the following is aspecification.

The object of this invention is to provide a simple form of, "adjustable foot-rest designed particularlj for use in shoe-shining parlors to support the feet of customers duringrtheoperation of polishing shoes.
