IMPROVEMENT IN PAPER-CUTTERS .AND 'RLERS.
The Schedule referred to in these Letters Patent and making part of the same.
To all whom 'it may concern.:
Be it known that l, SAMUEL W. WILcox, of Menden, in the county of Worcester, and Statc ot' Massachusetts, have invented a new and improved laper- Cutter and Ruler; and I do hereby declare that thc following is a full, clear, and exact description of the saine, reference being had to the :u'colnpan'ving drawings, forming part1 of this speciiicat-ion, in which is represented a side view ot' a paper-cutter and ruler constructed according to my improvement.
This invent-ion consists in a paper-cutter and ruler, provided with a series of parallel slits for ruling parallel lines, and a peribrated scale for niakingor describing circ-les of various sizes.
In order that others may be enabledto understand the construction and operation of my invention, I will proceed to describe it with reference to the drawings.
