-B e it known that we, CHsnLns'M.-MILES and Geenen W. REMSE, of Lincoln, in` the county of Sussex,
and State of Delaware, have invented a1 new and improved -Lamp-Burner; and we do hereby declare thatthe following is a full, clear, and exact description thereof, which will enable otherssk'illed in the art to make-arid 'use the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawings forming part of' this`specication,;iu which- Figure 1 represents a side elevation of our improved lamp-burner.

The main advantage-of this invention above-others is, thatthe'ilame vcannot enter the reservoir, that the chimney need never be taken off, and that the gases from the reservoir` ca n freelyescape. A
