Be it known that Ig, Jem# MARSHALL, of Hartland, in the county of Livingston, und State of Michigan, have inven ted a. new and useful improvement in Reves-Trough Holders; and Ido hercbT declare thatthe following is a. full, clear, and exact description thereof, which will eno-'ole others skilleiiin theart toA make and use thc same, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, fermingpnrt oi' this specification. i

I 1 i j i i The advantages of' my improved holder are greater soiidity and greater ease in fixing and removing the trough. i 5 Y The holders can he set in pince in the eaves, and the trough soldered together till the requisite length is obtained, `and then set bodiljr in place, and secured by tightening down the l-ip F, and folding over and nailing or otherwise securing the strap K to roof.
What I elnim as new, `and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is i rlhe brackets D and E, in combination with the strap H vend the strap K, folding over the trough, and securing it tothe roof, substantially as and for the purposes-described.
