TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Be it known .that I, GEORGE II. KEMP'LON, ci' the eity of Hudson, county of Hudson, State of New Jersey, have invented a new and useful Life-Saving Apparatus forhoisting and lowering boats from vessels in distress. I do hereby declare the following is a. full and exact description, reference being had lto the annexed draw'-` ings, making a part of this specification, in which- Figure 1 is a. perspective view as attached to end of boat hanging at the davits.
