TO ALL WHOM IT MAY GONCERN:
Be it known that I, JOHN TURNER, of Marshalltown, in the county of Marshall, and State of Iowa, have invented a new and improved Stove-Pipe Shelf-Rack; andI do hereby declare that the followingis afull, clear,-
and exact description thereof, which will enable others skilled in the art to make and use the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part of this specification, in Which- Figure 1 represents a vertical section through my improved stove-pipe rack taken on the line a: 1v, fig. 2.
Figure 2 is a horizontal section of the same taken on the line y y, fig. 1.

.This invention relates toa new device for utilizing the strength as well as the heat of stove pipes, and consists in arranging shoulders firmly around the st/ove pipes, and placing thereon revolving shelves, upon which plates and other kitchen utensils can be placed.
A represents a stove pipe, arranged on the stoveB in the usual manner. One or more cast-iron rings, C C, can be arranged, andfastened by rivets or otherwise, around the stove pipe,` and upon them rest the shelves D. Each of these can be composed of two or more annular plates az z,between which upright braces b I) are arranged, as shown.' One such shelf` can rest upon the other, or between every other shelf a ring, C, can be arranged, as may be desired. These shelves can be freely revolved around the stove pipe, and can be made strong enough to support any reasonable weight that may have to be placed thereon lin ordinary households, although they can be considerably strengthened by braces, if desired.

I am aware that shelves are already arranged around stove pipes, but they are-never revolving, and never arranged in combinationwith rings or anges on the stove pipe.

The revolving shelves D, when made and operating substantially as and for the purpose herein shown and described, in combination with the rings or flanges C C on the stove pipeA, all made and operating substantially Y as herein shown and described.
