TO ALL WHOM 'IT MAY OONCERN:
Be it known that L'THOMAS vDOLAN, ofl Albany, in the county ofAlbany, and State of` New York, have invented a new and useful Improvement in Bridges for Billiard Tables; and I do hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description thereof, which will enable others skilled in the art to make and use `the saine, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part of this specification.
This invention relates to a bridge to be used upon billiard tables in the usual way; and it consists in constructing the head-piece of the bridge in such a manner as to form bearings for the cue-stick, which will allow the eue to be moved or slid over'themvwith perfect ease and freedom, the importance of which is obvious to all players, or those conversant with the game of billiards. In the accompanying plate of drawings my :improved bridge for billiardtables is illustratedvbefinore properly manipulated by the player.
