  • Each band is made of a one-way stretch fabric. Either woven or needled fabric may be used, but it is important to the invention that the stretch of the fabric be in the direction in which the bands are woven together. For example, the direction of stretch of horizontal bands 18 and 22 is horizontal, while the direction of stretch of vertical bands 20, 24 is vertical.
