This is accomplished in that the connecting member is movably mounted on the case body; the connecting member is movable from a transport position assumed when the cover is closed to a position for use; the axis of rotation of the cover is spaced from and disposed outwardly of the case and extends parallel to the interface between the case body and the case cover; and a back-lighted screen is secured in known manner to the cover of the case.
