5 Claims, 8 Drawing Figures BRUSH HANDLE COMPRISING FENCELIKE PORTIONS FOR FENCING IN ITS BRISTLES, AND THE LIKE SUMMARY This invention relates to a new, novel and useful improvement in a brush handle comprising a said handle portion comprising a rectangular shape and a panellike thickness overall useably sized relative to a said hand of a human at least. Said article said handle portion comprises at least a bottom surface comprising at least a said brush center area or portion disposed for ultimately adapting for attaching therewith a first foreign object, for example, said brush bristles, which are symbolically illustrated herein. Said article improved herein in that:
said handle portion thereof said bottom surface comprises a surrounding border portion which at least at opposite side portions thereof abuts upwardly into each of a pair of fencelike portions which each comprises a height and width size so that each fences-in and topwisely and each of opposite sideswisely borders said first foreign object brush bristles which are attachable as said for locating between said pair offencelike portions, and
a bottom portion of at least one of said pair of fencelike portions comprises an opening portion penetrating therethrough and leading to and from said first foreign object brush bristles as said, and
said article, and a hereinafter said modification thereof,
each comprises a material comprising rigidity when enduring force, such as being struck many times by a tool being brushed by said first foreign object brush bristles.
A purpose for making said article is that a said hand can grasp at least its said handle portion and at most its said pair of fencelike portions too, for said brushing said first foreign object brush bristles against a handled second foreign object, for example, a dirty tool, or vice versa as desired, for separating said dirt therefrom which at least penetrates from said article through said opening portion penetrated through at least one of said pair of fencelike portions as said. Said second foreign object dirty tool worked along said first foreign object brush bristles is said fenced-in between and by said pair of fencelike portions, for a purpose that if said second foreign object dirty I tool departs therefrom, it can safely strike against either one of or both of said pair of fencelike portions and thereby be prevented from stabbing a said hand involved. Said pair of fencelike portions thereby can be struck many times and thereby a said rigid material is necessary so that said article can useably last a long time. Each modification thereof shows a portion of a said rigid materialed structure thereof which can be said rigidly attachable with a third foreign object, for example, a revolvable part of a machine, for simultaneously revolving said article and its fencelike portion fencing-in and bordering its said first foreign object brush bristles which are brushwisely accessible to a said second foreign object dirty tool for separating said dirt therefrom while simultaneously safely fenced-in thereat, for safety sake.
In drawings forming a part of this application, each figure shows a portion numeraled l2 drawn for symbolizing herein said brush bristles.
FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of said invention article comprising a handle portion comprising at least a bottom surface comprising overall a center portion adaptable for attaching said brush bristles therewith and a surrounding border portion comprising opposite side fencelike portions.
FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of a first modification thereof comprising an U-shaped fencelike portion comprising a bottom opening portion therethrough.
FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of a second modification thereof comprising a fencelike portion at one side thereof only.

FIG. 5 shows a plan view of a fourth modification thereof somewhat resembling said FIG. 4 third modification thereof and in addition comprising a bottom opening portion therethrough.
FIG. 6 shows an elevational view of an article (like that shown in FIG. 1) standing uprightly on its pair of fencelike portions for suspending its brush bristles which thereby retain their shape while drying.
FIG. 7 shows a face view of a fifth modification thereof comprising a pair of handle portions simultaneously spaced apart by, and fencing-in, a brush portion adaptable for attaching its said brush bristles therewith. And a portion of this FIG. 7 is meant to be a sixth modification of said invention.
FIG. 8 shows a side elevational view of said FIG. 7 comprising an opening portion thereinto.
DESCRIPTION FIG. 1 if viewed from the opposite side thereof would appear the same. And FIG. 1 shows a brush handle 10 comprises a known handle surface or portion 98 comprising a boxlike or rectangular shape of which a top surface or portion 39 and sides 38 can be held in a hand or attached with a machine or laid on its top surface 39 on a foreign object, for example, a sink, so that its bottom surface 40 faces away from said hand, machine and foreign object.
Said bottom surface 40 comprises a center portion or area 19 which proceeds therealong and with which an arrangement of said brush bristles 12 can be attached by using means for doing this, all being symbolized as said by the part of instant FIG. 1 numeraled 12, such being shown as is because a drawing of brush bristles and an actual attachment thereof to said brush handle 10 is not a new part of this invention. And said bottom surface 40 also comprises a surrounding border portion which at each of its opposite sides comprises each of a pair of fencelike portions 13 abutting upwardly therefrom and thereby positioned adjacent to each of opposite sides of said center area 19 (which is) adaptable for ultimately attaching said brush bristles l2 therewith, firstly for a purpose of fencing-in said area 19 for an arrangement of said brush bristles l2, and secondly for a purpose of fencing-in said brush bristles 12 when attached thereat. Said fencelike portion 13 as well as said handle portion 98 can be held as said when brush handle 10 is used. A broken line 99 separates a said handle surface 98 from a said fencelike portion 13 in instant FIG. 1 and in the following FIGS. 2,3,4 and 5, to emphasize their constructions.
FIG. 6 brush handle 60 is like FIG. 1 brush handle 10 if shown in a side elevation view. FIG. 6 shows a side elevational view of a brush handle 60 comprising a said handle surface 98 with a top surface 39 and sides 38 and a bottom surface 40 and a fencelike portion 13 at each of its opposite sides. Said bottom surface 40 has a center area 19 adaptable for attaching a said arrangement of brush bristles l2 therewith. Ends of each of said fencelike portions 13 at each of said opposite sides thereof are standing on a surface so that the said bristles 12 are suspended in midair between them so that they will not contact with said surface 80, for a purpose of allowing them to dry out after being wetted by a cleaning solution, thereby they are protected therein by said fencelike portions and retain their natural shapes while drying. Ordinarily a known brush handle without a said fencelike portion is laid on a surface so that bristles thereof pointwise contact a said surface, or are suspended sidewards above said surface in midair, when drying out; such causes the bristles to bend out of natural shape so that they are sooner not useable for purpose and a new brush handle is needed.
FIG. 2 shows a modification of a brush handle 20 comprising a handle surface 98 comprising a boxlike shape of which a top surface 39 and sides 38 can be held as said in FIG.
