The object of my invention is to furnish a simple, cheap, and efficient marker, with which a' railroad conductor can .pei-forato, mark, or print the name of the road,date, &e., onthe ticket, o'r with which a merchant can print his name on his goods, and at thevsame time' he so small that it may be carried about in the vpocket Without inconvenience.

- AIt consists of the following-described conibination of mechanical devices, so as to effect the ends aforesaid.
