F02m 25/06; F02b 51/00, 77/00 U.S. Cl. 123-119 7 Claims ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The appartus of this invention is a chamber inserted in the heat riser through which a pipe extends and which is in contact with a pair of heat exchange coils that heat the blow-by gases fed into the carburetor through the pipe.
This invention relates to internal combustion engines and more especially to fuel blending apparatus for recovery of blow-by gases.
The general purpose and objective of this invention is a novel device is returning waste fuel caused by blow-by into the carburetor, thereby eliminating smoke and smog from the motor, adding power and mileage and resulting in a cleaner motor, and extending the life thereof.
Other objects and advantages of the invention will ap pear and be brought out more fully in the following specification, reference being had to the accompanying draw mg.

Referring more particularly to the drawing, the super fuel blender of the invention is indicated generally by the numeral which comprises a hollow block positioned between sections 11 and 12 of the heat riser of an internal combustion engine, indicated generally at 16 in FIGURE 3, the block being secured as by bolts 13. A metallic pipe 14 extends laterally through block 10, and a pair of copper coils 15 are positioned within the block above and below pipe 14, respectively.
The operation of the invention should be clear from the foregoing description. Blow-by gases from within the rocker arm cover 19 are drawn by the engine vacuum through hose 20, pipe 14 and hose 21 into the carburetor intake. As these gases which contain combustible elements pass through pipe 14 they are heated by the copper coils 15 which form a heat transfer unit, These gases are heated to a high degree, insuring complete vaporization thereof, whereby after combustion in the cylinders of the engine, the exhaust gas is almost completely free of carbon monoxide and other smog-producing elements.
It is to be understood that the foregoing description is illustrative rather than restrictive of the invention, and that changes may be made Without departing from the spirit and scope of the sub-joined claims. For example, pipe 20, instead of being connected, as being shown, to
the rocker arm cover, may be connected to the breather cap tube.
What is claimed is:
1. A super fuel blender comprising a chamber adapted to be positioned in the heat riser of an internal combustion engine, a pipe extending transversely through said chamber and a pair of heat transfer coils, one above and one below, said pipe in said chamber.
2. Structure according to claim 1 wherein said coils are copper.
3. Structure according to claim 1 wherein said pipe is metallic.
4. Structure according to claim 1 wherein said coils are copper, and means for connecting the ends of said pipe respectively to the intake to the carburetor and to a blow by part of said engine.
5. Structure according to claim 4 wherein said blow-by part is the breather tube.
6. Structure according to claim 4 wherein said blow-by part is the rocker arm cover.
7. Structure according to claim 1 including a coil of copper Wire in said pipe.
