BILL OF FARE.
Specification of Letters latent No. 28,152, dated May 8, 1.860.
To all 'whom 'it may concern:
Be it lmown that I, WILLIAM A. BURY, of Grosse Isle, in the county of Wayne, in the State of Michigan,y have invented a new and Improved Bill of Fare for Public Houses; and I do hereby declare that the following is a full and exact description thereof, reference being had to the accompanying drawings and to the letters of reference marked thereon.
The nature of my invention consists in constructing a series of independent adjustable rings, Figure 2, whereon are painted, printed or otherwise marked the different articles of fare usually provided by public houses, said rings working independently of each other and inclosed in a caster or other covering, Fig. l, with an opening A in side suiiiciently large to bring into View at one time articles enough to form the bill of fare, to alter which take off the upper half of one side Fig. 2 and slide around the rings so as to bring the desired article of fare opposite the opening.
What I claini as iny invention and desire to secure by Letters Patent is- The application of a series of rings (independent and adjustable) to a changeable bill of fare as herein described.
