One object of the holder of the above nature comprising a tripod, the rear which the invention may conveniently be embodied in practice.

Referring now to the drawing in which like reference numerals denote corresponding one-piece tripod.
The holder is provided with ected y a pair of forwardly extending horizontal feet front legs 14, respectively, are joined by a vertical sheet metal clip plate 18 having inwardly- curled ends 19 and 20 embracing said junctions.
