A further objectis to provide a device o f this character which is. adaptable: to looms using electric' warp stop motion, and is intended to utilize the warp stop motion knock-off when the filling stop motion fails.

or striking the bottom of the reed, will render the filling stop motion inoperative, since because then the dagger will travel abnormally high and cannot operate the shipper rod.
With the above in mind a compeller is located in front of the center of the breast beam according to the present invention, and is wired to the sive to manufacture, and which will not easily get out of order.

What is claimed is: V
1. A circuit closer for looms of the type having both a filling stop motion, and an electric warp stop motion, and wherein the filling stop motion is located in the path of travel of the dagger when a thread fails or is broken, a circuit closing device connected with the solenoid of the warp stop motion and fixed to the breast beam of the loom above the filling stop motionpa'nd adapted to be engaged by the da er when the dagger by reason of abnormal conditions fails to move in a path which would actuate the filling stop motion.
