Though I have shown and described a particular construction, and certain modifications thereof, I do not wish to be limited to this construction, nor to the modifications thereof,-but desire to include in the scope of my invention the construction, combination, and arrangement substantially as set forth in the appended claims.

I claim:

1. In a device of the class described, a housing open at its back, a bracket for pivotally support! ing the same with its open back against a wall, means for supporting a paper roll in the housm ing, and a feed roller rotatably mounted at the lower end of the housing, the bracket having a portion thereof forming an inclined wall resiliently directed toward the back of the roller for forcing paper from the roll against the roller. 3| 2. In a device of the class described, a bracket securable to a wall at its back, a housing, a rod pivotally connecting the lower side of the housing to said bracket adjacent said back, said housing being detachably securable at its upper end to the upper end of the bracket. the housing having side walls extending forwardly of the bracket and having bearing depressions'at the inner surfaces and substantially middle portion of the opposite side walls, and a paper roller nou tatably mounted at its ends in said depressions,

- said rod having paper feed rollers thereon and so positioned opposite the lower portion of the bracket as to receive therebetween the end of the paper supported on the first roller.

In a device of the class described, a bracket securable to a wall at its back, a housing, a rod pivotaliy connecting the lower side of the housing to said bracket adjacent said back, said housing being detachably securable at its upper end to the upper end of the bracket, the housing having side walls extending forwardly from the bracket and also horizontal slots in the inner surfaces of said side walls, said slots extending forwardly from the bracket and provided at the forward ends thereof within the housing with slight depressions, and a paper roller rotatably mounted at its ends in said depressions, said rod having paper feed rollers thereon and so positioned opposite the lower portion of the bracket as to receive therebetween the end of the paper supported on the first roller.

In a device of the class described. a bracket securable to a wall at its back, a housing, a rod pivotaliy connecting the lower side of the housing to said bracket adjacent said back, said housing being detachably securable at its upper end to the upper end of the bracket, the housing having side walls extending forwardly from the bracket and also having horizontal slots in the inner surfaces of said side walls. said slots extending forwardly from the bracket and provided at the forward ends thereof within the housing with slight depressions, a paper roller rotatably mounted at its ends in said depressions, said rod having paper feed rollers thereon and so positioned opposite the lower portion of the bracket as to receive therebetween the end of the paper supported on the first roller, and a knob on the rod for manually rotating th'e'rollers and feeding the paper.

5. In a\paper roll holder, a bracket mountable on a wall, an open-back housing pivotaliy hung at the bottom of said bracket and provided on its inner side surfaces with depressions, a paper roller seatable in said depressions, feed rollers on the pivot of the housing, and resilient means on said bracket bearing against said feed rollers when the housing is mounted on the bracket to guide paper from said paper roller out of the housing.

A paper roll holder comprising, a wall bracket, an open-back housing, means pivotaliy combining said bracket and housing at the bottom, the housing above its pivot extending outwardly cylindrically to hold a roll of paper and provided with pockets for receiving the bearing pins of g the paper roll, said pockets extending from the axial center of the housing to its open back in order to prevent dislodgment of the paper roll pins when the housing is closed, but being upwardly directed when the housing is swung outwardly on its pivot thereby to facilitate insertion of the paper roll bearing pins, a feed roller at the housing pivot, and a member projecting from the bracket for yielding contact with said feed roller.

7. In a device of the class described, a housing open at its back, a bracket for pivotally supporting the same with its open back against a wall, means for supporting a paper roll in the housing, and a feed roller coaxial with the pivotal axis of the housing and bracket, one of the latter having a portion resiliently directed toward the roller for forcing paper from the roll against the roller.
