  • One of its objects is to provide a process of producing such wrapping material. Further objects will be seen from the detailed speciflcation following hereafter.
  • Such packings which are particularly suitable for use in show windows, automatic machines and the like, have, however, the disadvantage that the substance which absorbs the ultra-violet light is easily removed from the packing by moisture, so that the protective casing loses its power of absorbing ultra-violet light under action of moisture and the packed goods are liable to be con- 0 taminated with the substance that absorbs the ultra-violet light when they contain moisture, for example foodstufls.
