- the mattress 100 for bed frame with bow structure which includes fixed seat 300 and multiple of arc-shaped elastic rods 200
- the mattress 100 is formed by staggered connection of horizontally arranged weft lines 101 and longitudinally arranged warp lines 102 , and the weft lines 101 are unevenly distributed in high-density regions 100 a and low-density regions 100 b .
- the multiple of arc-shaped elastic rods 200 are sequentially installed side by side on the fixed seat 300 in the same direction as the weft lines 101 .
- the free ends of each of the arc-shaped elastic rods 200 are directly or indirectly connected with the edge of the mattress 100 to tension and set up the mattress 100 above the arc-shaped elastic rods 200 .
- the mattress 100 When a user sleeps or sits on the mattress 100 , the mattress 100 bears the weight of the user to deform and pull directly or indirectly the free ends 201 of each of the arc-shaped elastic rods 200 , causing the arc-shaped elastic rods 200 to deform and store elastic potential energy, and the two free ends 201 to be relatively closed, so that the mattress 100 to deform from a flat state into a downward depression state.
- the region of the mattress 100 directly bearing the weight of the user, that is directly contacting with the body of the user, is concave downward, the weft lines 101 and the warp lines 102 passing through the region pull the weft lines 101 and warp lines 102 in other regions and connected thereto, causing interference between each other, resulting in corresponding concave deformation in the other regions as well.
- the concave range of the region of the matress 100 directly bearing the weight is related to the magnitude of the weight borne. The greater the weight borne, the greater the concave range. The smaller the weight borne, the smaller the concave range.
- the concave range of the other regions, that have interference effects with the region of the matress 100 directly bearing the weight is also the same.
- the deformation of the mattress 100 is also defined by the body shape of the user, and its concave curve matches the body shape of the user.
- the warp lines 101 are arranged in high-density regions 100 a and low-density regions 100 b unevenly, that is in the low-density regions, the number of the warp lines is reduced, thereby in some degree reducing the interfere effect, and reducing the concave rang caused by interference in the other regions connected to the region of the mattress directly bearing the weight.
- the user's leg, buttocks, waist, back will apply pressure corresponding to their weight to the regions of the mattress directly contacting, resulting in corresponding degree of concave deformation.
- the concave rang of each of the stressed regions is basically adapted to the pressure it is suffered.
- the mattress 100 can adapt to the weight and the body of the user and deform accordingly, thereby providing elastic support for the user's body, greatly improving comfort, and preventing body diseases such as lumbar spondylosis caused by poor sleeping posture.
- each of the high-density regions 100 a is composed of at least two of the weft lines 101 side by side.
- the number of the warp lines 101 of each of the high-density regions is preferably 3-10.
- the adjacent warp lines 101 are side by side, when bearing weight, they interfere with each other and share weight, thereby reducing the pressure borne by each weft line.
- the interfere of the regions of the mattress 100 directly contacting with the user's body and the other regions of the mattress 100 not contacting with the user's body is realized by the weft lines and the warp lines passing each of the regions and swagged connection.
- the low-density regions may be blank regions.
- both sides of the high-density regions are blank regions.
- the black regions 102 a have no the weft lines 101 , it can not interfere the other regions by the swagged connection of the weft lines 101 and the warp lines 102 , and the number of the warp lines 102 connected the weft lines 101 in this regions is less, although the interfere effect can be caused by the swagged connection of the warp lines 102 passing through this high-density regions and the weft lines 101 and the warp lines 102 passing the other high-density regions, the interfere effect is greatly reduced, thereby each of the regions of the mattress 100 can adapt relatively independently to the weight and the shape of the user it contacted and deform.

- the weft lines and the warp lines are both made of Teslin.
- the diameter of the weft lines 101 is larger than that of the warp lines 102 , the two has the same material, thereby that the warp line 102 has better deformation resistance than weft lines 101 , while the weft lines 101 are relatively easily to deform.
- the mattress When the user sleeps on the mattress, the mattress bears the weight of the user and is easy to be deformed and depressed along the direction of the warp lines 102 , however it is relatively difficult to be deformed and depressed along the direction of the weft lines 101 , although the weft lines 101 are depressed together with the warp lines 102 , thereby providing the user with a good support.
- the widths of the high-density regions 110 a are equal or unequal, while the widths of the low-density regions 100 b are equal or unequal. It should be understood that the widths of the high-density regions 110 a and that of the low-density regions 100 b can be arranged according to the weight of the body parts of the user, for example. the waist is more weight than the leg, therefor, the high-density regions 110 a corresponding to the waist should be wider, the low-density regions 110 b corresponding to the waist should be more narrow.
- the wider the high densityregions 100 are the worse the self-adaptive effect of the mattress is, the more difficult it is to deform according to the shape of the user's body, and the stiffer the mattress is perceived by the user.
- the widths of the high density regions 100 a and the low sealing regions 102 may also be adjusted according to requirements during production, so as to adjust the self-adaptation effect and the softness of the mattress 100 .

Description
- The present invention relates to the technical field of mattress, more particularly, to a mattress for bed frame with bow structure.
- In daily life, people often use various portable beds for comfort when camping outdoors or taking a lunch break in the company office. The normal portable beds generally consist of frames and mattress fixed on the frame. The mattress are usually made of a single piece of fabric. If the mattress is too thin, it is difficult to support users with high body weight. If the mattress is too thick, it is not very breathable, which can easily cause sweat on the user's back and affect the user experience.
- Chinese Utility Model CN201617494U discloses a type of portable bed, which mainly includes a bed frame, a bed board and a few of bed legs. The bed frame is composed of several shelves detachably connected through pins, and the bed board is composed of several straps fixed on the bed frame. The shelves is also detachably connected with arc supporting rods in the same direction as the straps. The shelves are detachably connected with the bed legs through the pins. Although the type of portable bed are convenient and breathable, it still has supporting deficiencies. If the straps are harder, the comfortability will poor, and if the straps are too soft, it will difficult to support the user's body. What's more, there is no connection structure between the adjacent straps, when users step on them, the pressure per unit region is relatively high and cannot be shared so that the strips are prone to breakage, and there is also a risk of foot sprains caused by users stepping on them empty. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the prior art to solve the above deficiencies,
- The current mattress are generally hard mattress that can not be deformed, as shown in
FIG. 1 , when user lies on it, in the normal body curve of the human body, the curves of the buttocks and that of the back protrude from the back waist, which often causes the back waist to be suspended and unable to be supported, for a long time, this can lead to the waist diseases. - The current mattress is also made of latex, as shown in
FIG. 2 . Latex is prone to adaptive deformation according to the human body. However, latex mattresses are too soft, which can cause the human body to sink and cause the spine to bend, which is not conducive to human health. In addition, latex mattresses have many holes, which are easy to accumulate dust, insect eggs, etc. They are not easy to clean and are not breathable. - Therefor, it is urgent to develop a new mattress to overcome the deficiencies of the prior art.
- The object of the present invention is to provide a mattress for bed frame with bow structure, aiming to solve the mattress in the prior art is too hard or too soft. Which can not support the user's body better.
- In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provide a mattress for bed frame with bow structure, which includes fixed seat and multiple of arc-shaped elastic rods, the mattress is formed by staggered connection of horizontally arranged weft lines and longitudinally arranged warp lines, and the weft lines are unevenly distributed in high-density regions and low-density regions. The multiple of arc-shaped elastic rods are sequentially installed side by side on the fixed seat and in the same direction as the weft lines. The free ends of each of the arc-shaped elastic rods are respectively directly or indirectly connected on the opposite edges of the mattress to tension and set up the mattress above the arc-shaped elastic rods.
- Each of the high-density regions is composed of at least two of the weft lines side by side, each of the low-density regions is blank regions, or is composed of at least one of the weft lines and blank regions on both sides thereof, or the low density region is composed of several weft lines and the blank regions on both sides of each of the weft lines.
- The diameter of each of the weft lines is 0.04-2 mm, the width of each of the blank regions is 0.2-2 mm; the diameter of each of the weft lines is 2-100 times of that of each of the warp lines.
- Preferably, the weft lines and the warp lines are both made of Teslin.
- Preferably, the widths of each of the high-density regions is equal or unequal to each other, while the width of the low-density regions is equal or unequal to each other.
- The warp lines distributes evenly or unevenly, the distance of the adjacent warp lines is 0.2-5 mm. The adjacent warp lines pass above or under each of the weft line respectively
- Both edges of the mattress are sewn with reinforcement lines.
- The fixed seat includes two side rods. The free ends of all of the arc-shaped elastic rods are fixed on the side rods respectively, the opposite edges of the mattress are connected with the two side rods respectively.
- Each of the edges wounds around one of the side rods and passes through joint points of the free ends and the side rods.
- Each of the edges is folded to form a double-layer structure. The double-layer structure wounds one of the side rods and passes through the joint points of the free ends and the side rod. The double-layer structure is provided with a limiting hole above the arc-shaped elastic rods, the inserting rod is inserted the limiting hole and against the arc-shaped elastic rods across one side of the double-layer structure, thereby fixing the side edge.
- The above one or more technical solutions in the mattress for bed frame with bow structure provided by the embodiments in the present invention have at least one of the following technical effects:
- The mattress for bed frame with bow structure in the present invention is set up the bed frame with bow structure composed of multiple of the arc-shaped elastic rods, when a user sits or lies on the mattress, the region of the mattress directly suffering the pressure is depressed downwards and deformed, the amplitude of the depression in this region is related to the magnitude of the pressure. The greater the pressure, the greater the depression amplitude, and the smaller the pressure, the smaller the depression amplitude. In addition, the deformation is defined by the body shape of the user, the deformation curve matches the contact body shape of the user.
- In the present invention, the warp lines are arranged in high-density regions and low-density regions unevenly, that is in the low-density regions, the number of the warp lines is reduced, thereby in some degree, reducing the interfere effect caused by the connection of the wrap lines and the weft lines, and reducing the deforming rang caused by interference in other regions connected to the region of the mattress directly suffering the weight. When the user sleeps on the mattress, the user's leg, buttocks, waist, back will apply pressure corresponding to their weight to the regions of the mattress directly contacting, resulting in corresponding degree of depressed deformation. At the same time, due to the small interfere effect of these stressed regions and the other regions, the deformation degree of each of the stressed regions is basically adapted to the pressure it is suffered. When the user lies on his back on a mattress, in the normal body curve, the buttocks and the back protrude from the waist, and the weight of these two parts is greater than the waist, causing the region of the mattress supporting the buttocks and the back to deform and depress significantly under pressure, so that the region corresponding to the waist can just fit tightly the waist and support it, thereby avoiding the waist from hanging in the air. When the user's sleeping position changes, for example, from lying on the user's back to lying on the user's side, the regions of the user's body contacting the mattress are changed, resulting in that the mattress is changed in corresponding deformation to adapt to the user's body shape.
- The low-density regions has blank regions, which increasing the the ventilation and the breathability of the mattress and can timely remove sweat and odors.
- The mattress is over the arc-shaped elastic rods in the bed frame with bow structure, can adapt to the weight and the body of the user and deform accordingly, thereby providing elastic support for the user's body, better meeting the user's usage needs, greatly improving comfort, and preventing body diseases such as lumbar spondylosis caused by poor sleeping posture.
- The arc-shaped elastic rods connects with the mattress and tension it, when the pressure is applied to the mattress, the mattress is deformed and pulls the arc-shaped elastic rods to deform, and the arc-shaped elastic rods store elastic potential energy. When the pressure is released, the arc-shaped elastic rod releases the elastic potential energy, which in turn tightens the mattress, allowing it to maintain a tension state for a long time without collapsing, extending the service life of the mattress.
- In the mattress for bed frame with bow structure in the present invention, the mattress is hung up in the air, which can not breed bacteria, mites, etc., making it easy to clean and maintain.
- In order to more clearly explain the technical schemes in the embodiments of the present invention, the following will briefly introduce the embodiments or the drawings needed in the description of the prior art. - In one embodiment in the present invention, as shown in
FIG. 4-7 , themattress 100 for bed frame with bow structure, which includes fixedseat 300 and multiple of arc-shapedelastic rods 200, themattress 100 is formed by staggered connection of horizontally arrangedweft lines 101 and longitudinally arrangedwarp lines 102, and theweft lines 101 are unevenly distributed in high-density regions 100 a and low-density regions 100 b. The multiple of arc-shapedelastic rods 200 are sequentially installed side by side on the fixedseat 300 in the same direction as the weft lines 101. The free ends of each of the arc-shapedelastic rods 200 are directly or indirectly connected with the edge of themattress 100 to tension and set up themattress 100 above the arc-shapedelastic rods 200. - When a user sleeps or sits on the
mattress 100, themattress 100 bears the weight of the user to deform and pull directly or indirectly the free ends 201 of each of the arc-shapedelastic rods 200, causing the arc-shapedelastic rods 200 to deform and store elastic potential energy, and the twofree ends 201 to be relatively closed, so that themattress 100 to deform from a flat state into a downward depression state. The region of themattress 100 directly bearing the weight of the user, that is directly contacting with the body of the user, is concave downward, theweft lines 101 and thewarp lines 102 passing through the region pull theweft lines 101 andwarp lines 102 in other regions and connected thereto, causing interference between each other, resulting in corresponding concave deformation in the other regions as well. The concave range of the region of the matress100 directly bearing the weight is related to the magnitude of the weight borne. The greater the weight borne, the greater the concave range. The smaller the weight borne, the smaller the concave range. The concave range of the other regions, that have interference effects with the region of the matress100 directly bearing the weight, is also the same. In addition, the deformation of themattress 100 is also defined by the body shape of the user, and its concave curve matches the body shape of the user. - Referring to
FIG. 5 , in the invention, thewarp lines 101 are arranged in high-density regions 100 a and low-density regions 100 b unevenly, that is in the low-density regions, the number of the warp lines is reduced, thereby in some degree reducing the interfere effect, and reducing the concave rang caused by interference in the other regions connected to the region of the mattress directly bearing the weight. When the user sleeps on the mattress, the user's leg, buttocks, waist, back will apply pressure corresponding to their weight to the regions of the mattress directly contacting, resulting in corresponding degree of concave deformation. At the same time, due to the small interfere effect of these stressed regions and the other regions, the concave rang of each of the stressed regions is basically adapted to the pressure it is suffered. - Referring to
FIG. 3 , when user's lies on his back on themattress 100, in the normal body curve, the buttocks and the back protrude from the waist, and the weight of these two parts is greater than the waist, causing the region of the mattress supporting the buttocks and the back to deform and depress significantly under pressure, so that the region corresponding to the waist can just fit tightly the waist and support it, thereby avoiding the waist from hanging in the air. When the user's sleeping position changes, for example, from lying on the user's back to lying on the user's side, the regions of the user's body contacting the mattress are changed, resulting in that the mattress is changed in corresponding deformation to adapt to the user's body shape, providing better supporting to the user's body. - The
mattress 100 can adapt to the weight and the body of the user and deform accordingly, thereby providing elastic support for the user's body, greatly improving comfort, and preventing body diseases such as lumbar spondylosis caused by poor sleeping posture. - Referring to
FIG. 5 , each of the high-density regions 100 a is composed of at least two of theweft lines 101 side by side. The number of thewarp lines 101 of each of the high-density regions is preferably 3-10. In the high-density regions 100 a, theadjacent warp lines 101 are side by side, when bearing weight, they interfere with each other and share weight, thereby reducing the pressure borne by each weft line. - It should be understood that the interfere of the regions of the
mattress 100 directly contacting with the user's body and the other regions of themattress 100 not contacting with the user's body is realized by the weft lines and the warp lines passing each of the regions and swagged connection. For reducing the interfere, the low-density regions may be blank regions. On this occasions, both sides of the high-density regions are blank regions. When the high density regions bears weight to deform, theweft lines 101 in this high density regions interfere theweft lines 101 and thewarp lines 102 connected with them but not bearing weight in the other regions, causing them to deform. The black regions 102 a have no theweft lines 101, it can not interfere the other regions by the swagged connection of theweft lines 101 and thewarp lines 102, and the number of thewarp lines 102 connected theweft lines 101 in this regions is less, although the interfere effect can be caused by the swagged connection of thewarp lines 102 passing through this high-density regions and theweft lines 101 and thewarp lines 102 passing the other high-density regions, the interfere effect is greatly reduced, thereby each of the regions of themattress 100 can adapt relatively independently to the weight and the shape of the user it contacted and deform. It should be understood that the low-density regions may be composed of at least one of the weft lines and its blank regions on both sides, or the low density region is composed of several weft lines and the blank regions on both sides of each of the weft line. In addition, since the number of theweft lines 101 in the high-density regions is relatively larger than that of theweft lines 101 in the low-density regions, the knitting density of the high-density region 100 a is higher than that of the low-density region 100 b, the high-density regions 100 a is stronger, and can improve the supporting force of themattress 100, thereby providing a wider range of application. Thelow density region 100 b, however, has blank regions. Compared with the high-density region 100 a, thelow density region 100 b has a low weaving density, is easy to stretch and deform, has a better air permeability, can improve the self-adaptive performance of themattress 100, better fits the user's body, can also improve the overall air permeability of the mattress, and improves the comfort of the user. - The diameter of each of the
weft lines 101 is 0.04-2 mm, the width of each of the blank regions is 0.2-2 mm; the diameter of each of theweft lines 101 is 2-100 times of that of each of the warp lines 102. The weft lines and the warp lines are both made of Teslin. The diameter of theweft lines 101 is larger than that of thewarp lines 102, the two has the same material, thereby that thewarp line 102 has better deformation resistance thanweft lines 101, while theweft lines 101 are relatively easily to deform. When the user sleeps on the mattress, the mattress bears the weight of the user and is easy to be deformed and depressed along the direction of thewarp lines 102, however it is relatively difficult to be deformed and depressed along the direction of theweft lines 101, although theweft lines 101 are depressed together with thewarp lines 102, thereby providing the user with a good support. - The widths of the high-density regions 110 a are equal or unequal, while the widths of the low-
density regions 100 b are equal or unequal. - It should be understood that the wider the high densityregions100 are, the worse the self-adaptive effect of the mattress is, the more difficult it is to deform according to the shape of the user's body, and the stiffer the mattress is perceived by the user. The more the
low density regions 100 b are, the easier the mattress is deformed, the better the self-adaptation is, and the softer the mattress is. The widths of thehigh density regions 100 a and thelow sealing regions 102 may also be adjusted according to requirements during production, so as to adjust the self-adaptation effect and the softness of themattress 100. - Preferably, the
weft lines 101 and thewarp lines 102 are both made of Teslin. - The warp lines 102 distributes evenly or unevenly, the
adjacent warp lines 102 pass above or under each of theweft line 101 respectively. The distance of the adjacent warp lines is 0.2-5 mm. The distance of the adjacent warp lines is greater than the distance of the adjacent weft threads, especially greater than the distance of the adjacent weft threads in the high-density regions. The sparse arrangement of thewarp lines 102 also aims to increase the deformation degree of the mattress in the direction of the warp line, so that when the user sleeps on the mattress, the mattress can adapt to the user's body to be deformed, and the deformation degree in direction of the warp lines is greater 4 than that in the direction of the weft lines, especially that in the high-density regions, thereby better supporting the user's body. - Both side edges of the mattress are sewn with reinforcement lines. The reinforcement lines avoids the
weft lines 101 from being spread out after thewarp lines 102 are broken so that the mattress is more durable. - Referring to
FIG. 6 andFIG. 7 , the fixedseat 300 includes twoside rods 301. The free ends 201 of all of the arc-shapedelastic rods 200 are fixed on theside rods 301 respectively, the opposite side edges 103 of themattress 100 are connected with the twoside rods 301 respectively. - Each of the side edges 103 pf the
mattress 100 wounds around one of theside rods 301 and passes through joint points of the free ends 201 and theside rods 301. - Each of the edge sides 103 is folded to form a double-layer structure, wounding one of the
side rods 301 and passes through the joint points of the free ends 201 and theside rods 301. The double-layer structure is provided with a limitinghole 104 above the arc-shapedelastic rods 200, the insertingrod 105 is inserted the limitinghole 104 and against all of the arc-shapedelastic rods 200 across one side of the double-layer structure, thereby fixing theside edge 103. - Preferably, each of the
side rods 301 is provided with multiple of insertion tubes, theinsertion tubes 302 correspond to the free ends 201 of the arc-shapedelastic rods 200, and each of the free ends 201 is inserted into one of theinsertion tubes 302. - The arc-shaped
elastic rods 200 are arranged in parallel sequentially, and a transparent glass fibre tube is sheathed outside of each of the arc-shapedelastic rods 200. - In an embodiment in the invention, referring to
FIG. 8 andFIG. 9 , a mattress with bow structure includes amattress 400 and multiple of arc-shapedelastic rods 500, themattress 400 is set above the multiple of arc-shapedelastic rods 500. - The
mattress 400 is composed by alternately connecting multiple ofhigh density regions 400 a and multiple oflow density regions 400 b, including a plurality of transversely arrangedwoven belts 410 and a plurality of vertically arrangedconnection belts 420. The plurality ofwoven belts 410 are arranged side by side in parallel. The plurality ofconnection belts 420 are evenly arranged and are connected to each of the wovenbelts 410 in a staggered manner. - The
woven belts 410 are corresponding with the arc-shapedelastic rods 200 one by one, both ends of each of the wovenbelts 410 are fixed with both ends of the arc-shapedelastic rods 500 respectively corresponding to it, thereby setting up the wovenbelts 410 above the arc-shapedelastic rods 500. - Preferably, referring to
FIG. 2 , the adjacentwoven belts 410 are arranged in close proximity, so that the surface of themattress 400 forms a plane, thereby better preventing the foot from being injured due to the user's denting. - The
woven belts 410 are in thehigh density regions 400 a, the space between the adjacentwoven belts 410 are in thelow density regions 400 b. When the user sleeps on themattress 400, themattress 400 are self-adaptive to deform according the the body curve of the user, thewoven belts 410 and theconnection belts 420 are interfered with each other. Thelow density regions 400 b has lower density and a better air permeability than thehigh density regions 400 a, so that the overall air permeability of themattress 400 and the comfort of a user can be improved. The high-density regions 400 a has a relatively high knitting density, and is more robust than the low-density region 400 b. The high-density region 400 a increases a supporting force of themattress 400, thereby applying in a wider range. - The width of the
high density regions 400 a and that of thelow density regions 400 b can be adjusted according the user's requirement. - The width of the
high density regions 400 a and that of thelow density regions 400 b are equal or unequal, the width of each of thehigh density regions 400 a is equal or unequal, the width of each of thelow density regions 400 b is equal or unequal. Preferably, thehigh density regions 400 a and thelow density regions 400 b have the same width, making the overall structure more attractive. - The
high density regions 400 a and thelow density regions 400 b are made of a same or different materials. Thehigh density regions 400 a and thelow density regions 400 b are preferably made of synthetic fiber materials, and may also be made of other materials with better elastic or toughness, and may also be bamboo, nylon woven fabric, cotton woven fabric, fiber woven fabric, etc., without limitation. - Multiple of the arc-shaped
elastic rods 500 are arranged in parallel sequentially, and the outer part of the arc-shapedelastic rods 500 is made of a glass fiber material, so as to enhance the structural strength of the arc-shapedelastic rods 500. - Two ends of each of the arc-shaped
elastic rods 500 are provided with a fixingsleeves 600 respectively, and the fixingsleeve 600 is provided with afirst fixing hole 601 and asecond fixing hole 602. The two ends of the arc-shapedelastic rod 500 are respectively fixed in the first fixingholes 601 so as to fix each of the arc-shapedelastic rods 500 and the corresponding fixingsleeves 600 together. - The
second fixing hole 602 is provided with fixingrods 700, The fixingrods 700 are two parallel to each other on left and right sides. Each of the fixingrods 700 passes through each of the second fixedholes 602 at the same side so that all of the fixingsleeves 600 are fixedly connected together. - In an embodiment in the present invention, referring to
