Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of mattresses, and particularly relates to a mattress for a bed frame with an arch structure.
Background
In daily life, people often use various portable beds for comfort when people have temporary rest in camping and picnic in the open air or when people have lunch break in a company office. Conventional portable single bed generally comprises support and the mattress of fixing on the support, and the whole surface fabric of mattress as an organic whole usually, and the great user of weight is difficult to support to use if the mattress is too thin, and too thick not too ventilative again makes user's back sweat easily, influences user and uses experience.
Chinese patent No. CN201617494U discloses a portable bed, which mainly comprises a bed frame, a bed surface and bed legs, and is characterized in that: the bed frame is formed by detachably connecting a plurality of supports through pins, the bed surface is composed of a plurality of belts fixed on the supports, the supports are also detachably connected with arc-shaped supporting rods in the same direction with the belts, and the supports and the bed legs are detachably connected into a whole through the pins. Such strip mattresses, while convenient to secure and breathable, still suffer from support problems, with relatively stiff strips being less comfortable and relatively soft strips being difficult to effectively support the user's body. And there is not connection structure between two adjacent belts, when the user steps on the upper, the pressure that bears in the unit area is great, can't share pressure, and the belt breaks apart easily, also has simultaneously that the user steps on empty, causes the risk of foot sprain. Therefore, there is a need for improvement of the prior art to solve the above problems.
Current mattress generally is the stereoplasm mattress that can't warp, as shown in figure 1, when the people lies flat on the stereoplasm bed that can't warp, because the human body is in the normal body curve, the curve of buttock and back will bulge in back waist, often makes back waist unsettled, can't obtain the support, and in the time of the good time, causes the waist disease.
Current mattress also adopts latex mattress, as shown in fig. 2, latex is easily according to human self-adaptation deformation, however, latex mattress is too soft, can cause the human body to sink for the vertebra is crooked, is unfavorable for health, and in addition, there is very porous in the latex mattress, easily accumulates dust, worm's ovum etc. and is difficult for wasing, airtight.
Therefore, a new mattress is urgently needed to be developed to solve the defects of the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a mattress for a bed frame with an arch structure, and aims to solve the technical problem that the mattress in the prior art is too hard or too soft and cannot support the body well.
In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides a cushion for a bed frame with an arch structure, where the bed frame with the arch structure includes a fixing base and a plurality of arc-shaped elastic rods; the cushion is formed by connecting transversely arranged wefts and longitudinally arranged warps in a staggered manner, wherein the wefts are distributed unevenly in a high-density area and a low-density area; the arc-shaped elastic rods are sequentially arranged on the fixed seat side by side and are in the same direction with the weft; the free ends of the arc-shaped elastic rods are directly or indirectly connected with the side edges of the cushions, so that the cushions are tensioned and erected above the arc-shaped elastic rods.
Every high density district is by 2 at least weft side by side the hugging closely constitutes, every low density district is blank area, or by 1 at least weft and the blank area of both sides constitute, or low density district is by several weft and every the blank area of weft both sides constitutes.
The diameter of the weft is 0.04-2mm, and the width of each blank area is 0.2-2mm; the diameter of the weft is 2-100 times of that of the warp.
Preferably, the weft and the warp are made of textilene.
Preferably, the widths of the different high-density regions are equal or different, and the widths of the different low-density regions are equal or different.
The warps are uniformly or non-uniformly distributed, and the distance between every two adjacent warps is 0.2-5mm. On each weft, the adjacent warps respectively pass through the upper surface and the lower surface of the weft.
The side edges of the cushion are sewed with reinforcing threads.
The fixing seat comprises two side rods, the free ends of the arc-shaped elastic rods are fixedly connected with the side rods, and two opposite sides of the cushion are connected to the side rods.
The side edges are wound around the side bars and pass through the joints of the free ends and the side bars.
The side is folded to be a double-layer structure, the double-layer structure winds the side rod and penetrates through the joint of the free end and the side rod, a limiting hole is formed in the upper portion of the arc-shaped elastic rod through the double-layer structure, an inserting rod is inserted into the limiting hole and abuts against the arc-shaped elastic rod through one side of the double-layer structure, and therefore the side is fixed.
One or more technical schemes in the mattress knitting structure provided by the embodiment of the invention at least have one of the following technical effects:
the cushion for the bow-structured bed frame is erected on the bow-structured bed frame consisting of the plurality of arc-shaped elastic rods, and when a user sits or lies on the cushion, a region of the cushion directly bearing pressure can be sunken downwards to deform. The concave amplitude of the area of the cushion directly bearing the pressure is related to the stress, the larger the stress is, the larger the concave amplitude is, the smaller the stress is, and the smaller the concave amplitude is. In addition, the deformation of the pad is also limited by the body shape of the human body, and the curve of the deformation matches the body shape of the human body in contact.
In this application, will weft set up to high density district with low density district, that is in low density district has reduced the radical of weft to reduced to a certain extent through the interference effect that continuous warp and weft caused, reduced with the range that other areas that direct stress area is connected warp because of receiving the interference and warp. When a person sleeps on the cushion, the legs, the buttocks, the waist and the back of the person respectively apply pressure corresponding to the weight of the person to the directly contacted area of the cushion, so that the person generates concave deformation with corresponding amplitude. At the same time, since these areas under pressure have less interference effect with other areas, the deformation of each area is substantially adapted to the pressure to which it is subjected. When the people lies flat on the cushion, because buttock and back are in normal health curve, protrusion in back waist, and the weight at these two positions is greater than the waist for the region that supports buttock and back on the cushion is by the sunken range of pressure deformation great, thereby makes the region that corresponds with the waist just can paste the tight support waist, thereby avoids the waist unsettled. When the sleeping position of a person changes, for example, the person lies on the back to lie on the side, the contact area between each part of the human body and the cushion changes, so that the cushion also correspondingly deforms and changes to adapt to the body shape of the person.
The low-density area is provided with a blank area, so that the ventilation performance of the cushion is improved, and sweat and peculiar smell can be discharged in time.
The mattress is erected on a plurality of arch structure bed frameworks formed by the arc elastic rods, can be deformed in a self-adaptive manner according to the weight and the body shape of a human body, can be elastically supported by the human body, better meets the use requirements of users, greatly improves the comfort, and can prevent body diseases such as lumbar spondylosis caused by poor sleeping posture.
The cushion is tensioned by the arc-shaped elastic rods, when the cushion is deformed due to pressure bearing, the arc-shaped elastic rods store elastic potential energy, and after the pressure is removed, the arc-shaped elastic rods release the elastic potential energy and tension the cushion, so that the cushion can be maintained in a tensioned state for a long time without collapsing, and the service life of the cushion is prolonged.
The mattress for the bow-structured bed framework is suspended below the mattress, so that bacteria, mites and the like cannot be bred, and the mattress is easy to clean and maintain.

Furthermore, the terms "first", "second" and "first" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of that feature. In the description of the embodiments of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless specifically limited otherwise.
In the embodiments of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," "fixed," and the like are to be construed broadly, e.g., as being fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrated; can be mechanically or electrically connected; either directly or indirectly through intervening media, either internally or in any other relationship. Specific meanings of the above terms in the embodiments of the present invention can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art according to specific situations.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 to 7, a mattress 100 for an arch structure bed frame, the arch structure bed frame comprising a holder 300 and a plurality of arc-shaped elastic rods 200; the cushion 100 is formed by connecting weft 101 arranged transversely and warp 102 arranged longitudinally in a staggered manner, wherein the weft 101 is distributed unevenly according to the high-density area 100a and the low-density area 100 b; the arc-shaped elastic rods 200 are sequentially arranged on the fixed seat 300 side by side and are in the same direction with the weft 101; the free ends 201 of the curved elastic bars 200 are directly or indirectly connected to the side edges of the mat 100, so that the mat 100 is stretched over a plurality of curved elastic bars 200. When a person sleeps or sits on the mat 100, the mat 100 bears the weight of the person to draw (directly or indirectly draw) the two free ends 201 of the arc-shaped elastic rods 200, so that the arc-shaped elastic rods 200 are deformed to store elastic potential energy, and the two free ends 201 are relatively drawn, so that the mat 100 can be deformed into a downward recess from a planar state. The area of the mat 100 directly subjected to the pressure (i.e. the area in contact with the person) is deformed by sinking downward, and the weft threads 101 and the warp threads 102 of the other area connected with the weft threads 101 and the warp threads 102 of the area are brought by the weft threads 101 and the warp threads 102 of the area, so that the other area is deformed by sinking correspondingly. The extent of the depressions in the areas of the mat 100 that are directly subjected to pressure is related to the amount of force being applied, with greater force being applied and greater depression being applied and lesser force being applied. As does the magnitude of the deformation depression in other areas of the mat 100 that have an interference effect with the area directly subjected to pressure. In addition, the deformation of the mat 100 is also limited by the body shape of the human body, and the curve of the deformation matches the body shape of the human body in contact therewith.
Referring to fig. 5, in the present application, the wefts 101 are provided as the high density region 100a and the low density region 100b, that is, the number of the wefts 101 in the low density region 100b is reduced, so that the interference effect is reduced to some extent, and the deformation of other regions connected to the directly stressed region due to interference is reduced. When a person sleeps on the mat 100, the legs, buttocks, waist and back of the person respectively apply pressure corresponding to the weight of the directly contacted area of the mat 100, so that the mat 100 is concavely deformed with corresponding amplitude. At the same time, since these areas under pressure have less interference effect with other areas, the deformation of each area is substantially adapted to the pressure to which it is subjected.
As shown in fig. 3, when the person lies flat on the cushion 100, because the buttocks and the back are in the normal body curve, protruding from the back waist, and the weight of the two parts is greater than the waist, the area supporting the buttocks and the back on the cushion 100 is deformed by pressure to be large in the sunken range, so that the area corresponding to the waist can just cling to the waist, and the elastic support is carried out on the area, thereby avoiding the waist to be suspended. When the sleeping position of a person changes, for example, the person lies on the back to lie on the side, the contact area between each part of the human body and the cushion 100 changes, so that the cushion 100 also deforms correspondingly, the body shape of the person is self-adapted, and the good elastic support is provided for each part of the human body.
The mattress 100 for the bow-structured bed frame can give elastic support to people, can deform in a self-adaptive manner according to the weight and the shape of a human body, greatly improves the comfort, and can prevent lumbar diseases, spondylopathy and other body diseases caused by poor sleeping posture.
Referring to fig. 5, each of the high-density areas 100a is formed by at least 2 wefts 101 being closely arranged side by side. The number of the wefts 101 of the high density zone 100a is preferably 3 to 10. In the high-density area 100a, the adjacent wefts 101 are arranged side by side and are tightly pressed, and when the wefts are stressed, the wefts interfere with each other to share pressure, so that the pressure borne by each weft is reduced, and a strong elastic support can be provided for the human body.
It should be understood that the mutual interference between the regions of the mat 100 directly receiving a certain portion of the human body and the other connected regions is achieved by the weft threads 101 and the warp threads 102 passing through the respective regions and being connected to each other in a staggered manner. To reduce interference, the low-density area 100b may be set as a blank area, in this case, two sides of the high-density area 100a are a blank area. When a certain area is subjected to a compressive force, the high-density zone 100a in the area is subjected to the compressive force to be deformed, and interferes with the weft 101 and warp 102 of the other non-stressed area connected thereto to deform them. The blank area 102a has no weft 101, and cannot interfere with other areas by the cross connection of the weft 101 and the warp 102, while the number of the warp 102 connecting the high-density area 100a is small, although an interference effect can be caused by the connection between the warp 102 of the high-density area 100a and the weft 101 and the warp 102 of the other high-density area 100a, the interference effect is greatly reduced, so that each area can be deformed relatively independently according to the weight and shape of the human body part contacted with each area. It should be understood that the low-density section 100b may be configured to be composed of at least 1 of the weft threads 101 and the blank areas on both sides thereof, or the low-density section 100b may be configured to be composed of a plurality of the weft threads 101 and the blank areas on both sides of each of the weft threads 101.
In addition, the high-density area 100a has a higher weaving density than the low-density area 100b due to the larger number of the wefts 101, and is stronger than the low-density area 100b102, thereby providing a supporting force capable of lifting the mat 100, and having a wider application range. And low density district 100b, then owing to have blank area, compare in high density district 100a, it is little to weave density, easily the extension warp, and the gas permeability is better, can promote mat 100's self-adaptation performance to laminate the human body better, also can promote mat's whole gas permeability, promote user's travelling comfort.
The diameter of the weft 101 is 0.04-2mm, and the width of each blank area is 0.2-2mm. The diameter of the weft 101 is 2-100 times of the diameter of the warp 102. The weft 101 and the warp 102 are made of textilene. The diameter of the weft 101 is set to be larger than that of the warp 102, and the two materials are the same, so that the weft 101 has better deformation resistance than the warp 102, and the warp 102 is relatively easy to deform. When a person sleeps on the mat, the mat is easily deformed and dented along the warp direction by pressure, and the maintaining system is relatively not easily deformed along with the dent of the warp along the weft direction, so that the person is well supported.
The widths of the different high-density regions 100a are equal or different, and the widths of the different low-density regions 100b are equal or different. It should be understood that the widths of the high density zone 100a and the low density zone 100b may be set according to the weight distribution of the person, for example, the lower abdomen area has a greater weight than the leg area, and thus, the high density zone 100a distributed in the lower abdomen area should be wider and the low density zone 100b should be narrower.
It should be understood that the more and wider the high density zone 100a, the less adaptive the mat is, the more difficult it is to be deformed according to the body shape of the human body, and the harder it is to give the human sense of being. The more the low density zones 100b, the easier the mat is to deform, the better the adaptation, the softer. The widths of the high-density region 100a101 and the low-sealing region 102 can be adjusted as required during production, so that the overall adaptive effect and hardness of the body 100 can be adjusted.
Preferably, the weft 101 and the warp 102 are made of textilene.
The warps 102 are uniformly or non-uniformly distributed, and on each weft 101, the adjacent warps 102 pass through the upper surface and the lower surface thereof respectively. The distance between every two adjacent warps 102 is 0.2-5mm. The distance between the warp threads is greater than the distance between the weft threads, in particular the distance between the weft threads of the high-density zone. The sparseness of the warp arrangement is also used for increasing the stress deformation capability of the cushion in the warp direction, so that the cushion can be deformed in a self-adaptive manner when a person sleeps on the cushion, and particularly the weft in the high-density area is not deformed in the weft direction to support the human body.
The two side seams of the cushion are sewed with reinforcing wires. The reinforcement wire prevents the weft 101 from unraveling after the warp 102 is broken, thereby making the mat more durable.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the fixing base 300 includes two side bars 301, the free ends 201 of the curved elastic bars 200 are fixedly connected to the side bars 301, and opposite sides 103 of the mat 100 are connected to the side bars 301.
The side 103 is folded into a double-layer structure, the double-layer structure is wound around the side rod 301 and penetrates through the joint of the free end 201 and the side rod 301, the double-layer structure forms a limiting hole 104 above the arc-shaped elastic rod 200, and an insertion rod 105 is inserted into the limiting hole 104 and abuts against the arc-shaped elastic rod 200 at one side of the double-layer structure, so that the side 103 is fixed.
