Description

Composite drawstring for filling air mattress and air mattress
Technical Field
The utility model relates to an air mattress field, more specifically relates to a compound stretching strap and air mattress for air mattress fills.
Background
The inflatable mattress is a mattress with flexibility and elasticity, is used in an inflation expansion mode, is comfortable and is not easy to deform. The air mattress releases air and is only the size of the pillow after being folded, thereby being convenient for carrying. The material flexibility of the inflatable mattress is strong, so the inflatable mattress is not easy to be damaged by the outside.
In order to maintain the inflated mattress in a good shape when inflated, the prior art has typically provided PVC pull straps within the inflated mattress. The drawstrings are generally distributed in a vertical pattern between the top sheet and bottom sheet of the airbed. After inflation, the PVC drawstring can generate a pulling force in the vertical direction on the surface sheet and the bottom sheet. This configuration allows the attachment of the draw tape, draw tape and topsheet or backsheet to be subjected to concentrated forces, which can result in breakage of the tape at or near the attachment of the draw tape and the topsheet or backsheet, or tearing of the draw tape by the topsheet or backsheet.
The air mattress can be softened by adjusting the air inflation amount, but the problem of lack of hard texture cannot be well solved by the air mattress due to the limitation of materials and structures. With the information disclosure of scientific research that the over-soft mattress is not beneficial to the human spine, the concept of the mattress for consumers is gradually changed. Consumers prefer to buy mattresses with a somewhat stiff feel, as in a box spring, rather than having to be overly soft. This amplifies the problem of softness of the airbed, preventing further expansion of the airbed.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The utility model aims to overcome at least one defect of the prior art, and provides a composite drawstring for filling an air mattress and the air mattress, which are used for solving the problems of the tearing of the drawstring and the weak hard texture of the air mattress, and on one hand, the technical effect that the drawstring can not be torn is achieved by improving the strength of the drawstring; on the other hand, the hard texture of the inflatable mattress is further improved.
The technical scheme of the utility model is that, a compound stretching strap for inflatable mattress is filled is provided, compound stretching strap uses the cloth as the base member, the at least both ends of base member are equipped with the elastic material layer that is connected with the base member surface.
Through the combination of the cloth and the elastic material layer, the physical property characteristic of the cloth substrate is utilized to improve the strength of the composite drawstring, and meanwhile, the advantages of surface elasticity and easiness in connection of the elastic material layer are reserved. Compare the tradition and adopt the PVC stretching strap to link to each other with the top layer or the bottom of air mattress, compound stretching strap has less owing to have the deflection, the cloth base member that toughness is good, and compound stretching strap has avoided by the problem of continuous tensile attenuation at the inflation in-process, has solved the PVC stretching strap because of by tensile deformation, continuous attenuation and torn problem. Under the action of inflation, the cloth substrate in the composite drawstring provides more powerful support and shape fixation for the inflatable mattress, effectively improves the hardness of the inflatable mattress, and lightens the weight of the drawstring.
In order to be connected with the top layer or the bottom layer better, the two ends of the composite drawstring connected with the top layer or the bottom layer are provided with elastic material layers, and symmetrical or asymmetrical elastic material layers can be further arranged at other positions outside the two ends of the surface of the base body so as to improve the strength of the drawstring structure. The elastic material comprises PVC, TPU, PP, PE and the like which can be used for the elastic material of the inflatable mattress. The elastic material layer and the cloth can be connected in various ways, such as ultrasonic welding, high-frequency welding, fitting and other connection technologies.
In the technical scheme, the substrate is of a similar tubular and/or sheet structure; the elastic material layer extends from the surfaces of the two ends of the tubular-like and/or sheet-like structure to the middle to form a sheet-like covering or a tubular-like wrapping.
Compared with a sheet-like structure, the tubular structure of the matrix is more stable after gas filling, and the matrix of the tubular structure is stressed by self expansion during gas filling. The advantage lies in that the extrusion force of gas no longer directly acts on the top layer or the bottom layer, and the problem that the joint of the drawstring and the top layer or the bottom layer is easily torn after the sheet drawstring is extruded by gas is avoided, so that the inside of the inflatable mattress is more stable and reliable.
The base body of the similar tubular structure enables the composite drawstring to be of the similar tubular structure, elastic material layers are arranged at two ends, connected with the top layer or the bottom layer, of the composite drawstring of the similar tubular structure, and in order to protect the elastic material layers on the composite drawstring, the area, connected with the base body, of each elastic material layer is larger than the area, connected with the top layer or the bottom layer, of each elastic material layer, and the elastic material layers are prevented from being separated due to the pulling of the top layer or the bottom layer. The expanded elastomeric layer is typically extended from the two ends of the substrate surface towards the middle to enhance the bonding force between the substrate and the elastomeric layer.
In the technical scheme, the tubular structure is formed by connecting cloth and/or cloth with an elastic material layer on the surface in a butt joint or tangent mode.
The similar tubular structure can be formed by connecting a cloth in an end-to-end manner or formed by splicing a plurality of cloths; further, in order to ensure the structural stability of the base body, the number of the cloth connecting lines of the tubular-like structure should not exceed two. When in connection, the two ends of the interface can be cloth with an elastic material layer on the surface or cloth without the elastic material layer on the surface; further, when the two ends of the interface are both the cloth with the elastic material layer on the surface, the interface is thicker and firmer when the elastic material layer and the cloth layer are integrated, so that the connecting effect is better. The butt joint means that two ends of the interface are oppositely connected, and further, an elastic material layer is attached to the upper portion of the butt joint interface and forms a fusion area with the interface. The tangency means that two ends of the connector are respectively folded inwards to form two opposite folding surfaces after being folded inwards, the folding surfaces are connected, and the two folding parts form a fusion area. The butt joint has the advantage that the joint is firmer after the butt joint of the base body, and the tangent joint has the advantage that the overall shape of the joint is not affected.
This technical scheme is an air mattress, includes: the main part and the annular side around and wrap up the main part side, the main part includes: the top layer, the bottom and fill the compound stretching strap between top layer and bottom, the elastic material layer one end of compound stretching strap is connected with the top layer inner wall, and the other end is connected with the bottom inner wall.
The composite drawstring takes cloth as a substrate, and is combined with the elastic material layer, so that the strength of the drawstring is improved on the premise of not influencing the contraction and folding of the inflatable mattress, and the inflatable mattress is more durable; meanwhile, the base body further limits the deformation of the inflatable mattress, so that the shape of the inflatable mattress filled with gas is more stable, and the influence of the increase of the gas quantity on the deformation of the inflatable mattress is reduced; compared with the traditional drawstring, the composite drawstring provides stronger support for the inflatable mattress, so that the inflatable mattress has better hardness; compared with the traditional drawstring, the composite drawstring is lighter in weight, and the air mattress is lightened to a certain extent.
In the technical scheme, the composite drawstrings are arranged between the top layer and the bottom layer in order, and a space is arranged between every two adjacent composite drawstrings.
The regular arrangement refers to that the composite drawstrings are regularly arranged, such as surrounding the same center, being parallel to each other, and forming a special shape after some surfaces are in the same horizontal plane or arranged. The gaps between two adjacent composite pull tapes are beneficial to the sufficient flow of gas during filling. Meanwhile, when the composite pull belt is folded, the composite pull belt has a certain space to be folded well instead of being deformed disorderly.
In the technical scheme, after the elastic material layer is connected with the top layer or the bottom layer, the wavy connecting line is formed on the surface of the top layer or the bottom layer.
The wavy connecting line increases the contact surface for connection in the connection process, and compared with a straight line, the wavy connecting line avoids stress concentration and can effectively improve the connection stability; meanwhile, the connecting line forms certain grains on the top layer, so that certain decorative lines are formed for surface decoration.
In the technical scheme, when the base body is of a similar tubular structure, the opening of the similar tubular structure is consistent with the transverse and/or longitudinal direction of the mattress.
When the opening of the similar tubular structure is consistent with the transverse direction of the mattress, the length of the composite drawstring is limited by the width, and the overlong composite drawstring is avoided to a certain extent. The length of each composite drawstring is shortened, the orientation of each composite drawstring is adjusted to help control the defects caused by overlong drawstrings, and meanwhile, the composite drawstrings are distributed more uniformly in the inflatable mattress after being filled with gas.
In the technical scheme, the top layer is formed by attaching an elastic base layer and a flocking layer or a fabric layer arranged above the elastic base layer, and the elastic base layer of the top layer is connected with an elastic material layer.
For satisfying consumer's different concepts, flocking layer and bed of cloth can both be used for with user direct contact, the bed of cloth is convenient to be washd, feel is more cool moreover, receives partial consumer's liking. In order to maintain the texture of the surface layer, the elastic material layer is not directly connected with the surface layer but is connected with the elastic base layer, so that the top layer of the inflatable mattress can not emerge with connecting lines, and the appearance is more beautiful.
In this technical scheme, the annular side is hollow cavity, the cavity is divided into upper joining region, lower floor joining region and middle joining region by upper support and lower support, the annular side still includes the side inner wall, the side inner wall is located the one side that the annular side is close to compound stretching strap.
The shape of the annular side edge is more stable due to the division of the connecting area, after the air is inflated, the air of the annular side edge is uniformly distributed, the shape is controlled, an obvious bed edge is formed, the function of protecting a frame is formed in the actual use process, and the anti-collision effect is achieved to a certain extent.
In the technical scheme, the upper support and the lower support are of inclined structures or horizontal structures.
The inclined structure or the horizontal structure can enable the annular side edges of the inflatable mattress to form uniform or different inflation effects.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the utility model are that: the composite drawstring formed by the cloth substrate and the elastic material layer improves the strength of the drawstring and solves the problem that the drawstring is easy to break in the gas filling process; through the design of the similar tubular structure, the structure of the drawstring is further stabilized, and the problem that the joint of the drawstring and the top layer or the bottom layer is easy to tear is solved; the composite drawstring provides better support for the inflatable mattress after being filled with air, increases the hard texture of the inflatable mattress while not influencing folding and unfolding, lightens the whole weight and ensures that the shape of the inflatable mattress is more stable.

Example 1
As shown in FIG. 1, the composite drawtape 100 for filling an inflatable mattress is provided in the present embodiment, wherein the composite drawtape 100 is made of a cloth material as a base body, and two ends of the base body are provided with elastic material layers 102 connected with the surface of the base body. Through the combination of the cloth and the elastic material layer 102, the physical property characteristics of the cloth substrate are utilized to improve the strength of the composite draw tape 100, and meanwhile, the advantages of surface elasticity and easiness in connection of the elastic material layer 102 are reserved. Compared with the traditional method that the PVC drawstring is connected with the top layer 210 or the bottom layer 220 of the inflatable mattress, the composite drawstring 100 avoids the problem of continuous stretching and thinning in the inflation process due to the fact that the composite drawstring 100 has the cloth base body with less deformation and good toughness, and the problem that the PVC drawstring is torn due to continuous thinning caused by stretching and deformation is solved. Under the action of inflation, the cloth substrate in the composite drawstring 100 provides more powerful support and shape fixation for the inflatable mattress, effectively improves the hardness of the inflatable mattress, and reduces the weight of the drawstring.
For better connection with the top layer 210 or the bottom layer 220, the two ends of the composite draw tape 100 connected with the top layer 210 or the bottom layer 220 are provided with the elastic material layers 102, and symmetrical or asymmetrical elastic material layers 102 can be further arranged at other positions outside the two ends of the surface of the base body so as to improve the strength of the draw tape structure. The elastic material comprises PVC, TPU, PP, PE and the like which can be used for the elastic material of the inflatable mattress. The elastomeric layer 102 and the fabric can be attached by a variety of means, such as ultrasonic welding, high frequency welding, bonding, and the like.
As shown in fig. 7, the substrate is a sheet-like structure; the elastomeric layer 102 extends from the surface of the tubular-like structure towards the middle, also forming a sheet-like covering. The sheet-like structures of the matrix are regularly arranged and oriented in the same direction. The base body of the sheet-like structure enables the composite pull tape 100 to be also in the sheet-like structure, the two ends of the composite pull tape 100 in the sheet-like structure, which are connected with the top layer 210 or the bottom layer 220, are provided with the elastic material layers 102, and in order to protect the elastic material layers 102 on the composite pull tape 100, the area of the connection between the elastic material layers 102 and the base body is larger than the area of the connection between the elastic material layers 102 and the top layer 210 or the bottom layer 220, so that the elastic material layers 102 are prevented from being separated due to the pulling of the top layer 210 or the bottom layer 220. The expanded elastomeric layer 102 is typically extended in a manner that extends between the ends of the substrate surface to enhance the bonding force between the substrate and the elastomeric layer 102.
As shown in fig. 8, the elastic material layer of the composite draw tape of the sheet-like structure is directly welded to the top or bottom layer. The sheet-like structure is formed by a piece of cloth, and the two ends of the interface 104 are the cloth of which the surface is provided with the elastic material layer 102; further, when both ends of the interface 104 are made of cloth with the elastic material layer 102 on the surface, the interface 104 is made thicker and more solid when both ends are made of the elastic material layer 102 because the elastic material layer 102 and the cloth layer are integrated, so that the connection effect is better.
An airbed, comprising: a main body 200 and a circumferential side 230 surrounding and wrapping a side of the main body 200, the main body 200 comprising: the composite drawtape 100 comprises a top layer 210, a bottom layer 220 and the composite drawtape 100 filled between the top layer 210 and the bottom layer 220, wherein one end of an elastic material layer 102 of the composite drawtape 100 is connected with the inner wall of the top layer 210, and the other end is connected with the inner wall of the bottom layer 220. The composite drawstring 100 takes cloth as a substrate, and is combined with the elastic material layer 102, so that the strength of the drawstring is improved on the premise of not influencing the contraction and folding of the inflatable mattress, and the inflatable mattress is more durable; meanwhile, the base body further limits the deformation of the inflatable mattress, so that the shape of the inflatable mattress filled with gas is more stable, and the influence of the increase of the gas quantity on the deformation of the inflatable mattress is reduced; compared with the traditional drawstring, the composite drawstring 100 provides stronger support for the inflatable mattress, so that the mattress has better hardness; the composite drawstring 100 is lighter than conventional drawstrings, and provides a lighter weight airbed to some extent.
The composite draw tapes 100 are arranged neatly between the top layer 210 and the bottom layer 220 with a space between adjacent composite draw tapes 100. The regular arrangement means that the composite drawstrings 100 are arranged regularly, such as around the same center, parallel to each other, with some surfaces in the same horizontal plane or arranged to form a special shape, etc. The gap between two adjacent composite draw tapes 100 helps the gas to flow sufficiently when filling. While also allowing room for the composite draw tape 100 to fold well rather than deforming disorderly when folded.
After the elastic material layer 102 is connected with the top layer 210 or the bottom layer 220, connecting lines are formed on the surface of the top layer 210 or the bottom layer 220. The connecting line can be a wavy connecting line, and a connecting contact surface is added in the connecting process, so that compared with a straight line, the wavy connecting line avoids stress concentration, and the connecting stability can be effectively improved; meanwhile, the connecting lines form certain grains on the top layer 210, so that certain decorative lines 211 are formed for surface decoration.
When the base body is of a sheet-like structure, the openings formed with the top layer and the bottom layer are aligned with the transverse and/or longitudinal direction of the mattress. When the openings of the sheet-like structure are aligned with the lateral direction of the mattress, the length of the composite drawstring 100 is limited by the width, avoiding the composite drawstring 100 from being too long to some extent. Shortening the length of each composite drawstring 100 and adjusting its orientation helps to control defects caused by excess drawstring length while allowing more uniform distribution of gas filled air in the airbed.
As shown in FIG. 5, the top layer 210 is formed by attaching the resilient base layer 212 to a flocking layer disposed above the resilient base layer 212, the resilient base layer 212 of the top layer 210 being attached to the resilient material layer 102. In order to maintain the texture of the surface layer, the elastic material layer 102 is not directly connected to the surface layer, but is connected to the elastic base layer 212, so that the top layer 210 of the airbed can be made to have a beautiful appearance without showing connecting lines.
The annular side 230 is a hollow cavity divided by an upper support 232 and a lower support 231 into an upper layer connecting region 241, a lower layer connecting region 243 and a middle connecting region 242, and further comprises a side inner wall 235, and the side inner wall 235 is positioned on one side of the annular side close to the composite draw tape. The division of the connecting areas makes the shape of the annular side 230 more stable, after inflation, the gas distribution of the annular side 230 is uniform, the shape is controlled, and an obvious bed edge is formed, which has the function of protecting the frame in the actual use process and has a certain anti-collision effect. The upper support 232 and the lower support 231 are inclined structures.
Example 2
As shown in FIG. 1, the composite drawtape 100 for filling an inflatable mattress in the present embodiment is made of a cloth material as a base body, and the base body is provided with an elastic material layer 102 connected with the surface of the base body.
1 and 3, the substrate is of a tube-like structure; the layer of elastomeric material 102 extends from the surface of the tubular-like structure towards the middle to form a sheet-like wrap as shown in figure 1 or a tubular-like wrap as shown in figure 3. Compared with a sheet-like structure, the tubular structure of the matrix is more stable after gas filling, and the matrix of the tubular structure is stressed by self expansion during gas filling. The advantage is that the extrusion force of the gas does not act on the top layer 210 or the bottom layer 220 directly any more, thus avoiding the problem that the joint of the drawstring and the top layer 210 or the bottom layer 220 is easily torn after the sheet-like drawstring is extruded by the gas, and ensuring that the inside of the inflatable mattress is more stable and reliable.
The composite drawtape 100 is also in a similar tubular structure due to the tubular structure of the base body, the two ends of the composite drawtape 100 in the similar tubular structure, which are connected with the top layer 210 or the bottom layer 220, are provided with the elastic material layers 102, and in order to protect the elastic material layers 102 on the composite drawtape 100, the area of the connection between the elastic material layers 102 and the base body is larger than the area of the connection between the elastic material layers 102 and the top layer 210 or the bottom layer 220, so that the elastic material layers 102 are prevented from being separated due to the pulling of the top layer 210 or the bottom layer 220. The expanded elastomeric layer 102 is typically extended in a manner that extends between the ends of the substrate surface to enhance the bonding force between the substrate and the elastomeric layer 102.
As shown in fig. 2 or fig. 4, when the substrate is of a tube-like structure, the substrate is formed by connecting the fabrics provided with the elastic material layer 102 on the surface in a butt joint manner as shown in fig. 2 or a tangent manner as shown in fig. 4. The tubular-like structure can be formed by splicing one or more cloth; further, in order to ensure the structural stability of the base body, the number of the cloth connecting lines of the tubular-like structure should not exceed two. When in connection, the two end surfaces of the interface 104 are provided with the cloth of the elastic material layer 102; further, when both ends of the interface 104 are made of cloth with the elastic material layer 102 on the surface, the interface 104 is made thicker and more solid when both ends are made of the elastic material layer 102 because the elastic material layer 102 and the cloth layer are integrated, so that the connection effect is better. Butt joint means that two ends of the interface 104 are opposite to each other to form connection, and tangent joint means that two ends of the interface 104 are respectively folded inwards to form two opposite folded surfaces after being folded inwards, the folded surfaces are connected, and the two folded parts form a fusion area. The benefit of tangency is that the overall shape of the interface 104 is not affected.
As shown in fig. 6, an airbed includes: a main body 200 and a circumferential side 230 surrounding and wrapping a side of the main body 200, the main body 200 comprising: the composite drawtape 100 comprises a top layer 210, a bottom layer 220 and the composite drawtape 100 filled between the top layer 210 and the bottom layer 220, wherein one end of an elastic material layer 102 of the composite drawtape 100 is connected with the inner wall of the top layer 210, and the other end is connected with the inner wall of the bottom layer 220.
The regular arrangement means that the composite drawstrings 100 are regularly arranged, such as around the same center, parallel to each other, with some surfaces in the same horizontal plane, and formed into a special shape after being arranged. The gap between two adjacent composite draw tapes 100 helps the gas to flow sufficiently when filling. While also allowing room for the composite draw tape 100 to fold well rather than deforming disorderly when folded.
After the elastic material layer 102 is connected to the top layer 210 or the bottom layer 220, wavy connecting lines or linear connecting lines are formed on the surface of the top layer 210 or the bottom layer 220. The wavy connecting line is additionally provided with a connecting contact surface in the connecting process, and compared with a linear connecting line, the wavy connecting line avoids stress concentration and can effectively improve the connecting stability; meanwhile, the connecting lines form certain grains on the top layer 210, so that certain decorative lines 211 are formed for surface decoration.
When the base body is of a tube-like structure, the opening of the tube-like structure is consistent with the transverse direction and/or the longitudinal direction of the mattress. When the openings of the tube-like structure are aligned with the lateral direction of the mattress, the length of the composite drawstring 100 is limited by the width, avoiding to some extent the composite drawstring 100 from being too long. Shortening the length of each composite drawstring 100 and adjusting its orientation helps to control defects caused by excess drawstring length while allowing more uniform distribution of gas filled air in the airbed.
As shown in fig. 5, top layer 210 is formed by attaching elastic base layer 212 to a layer of cloth disposed over elastic base layer 212, and elastic base layer 212 of top layer 210 is attached to elastic material layer 102. For satisfying consumer's different concepts, the bed of cloth can be used for with user direct contact, the bed of cloth convenient washing, feel is more cool moreover, receives partial consumer's liking. In order to maintain the texture of the surface layer, the elastic material layer 102 is not directly connected to the surface layer, but is connected to the elastic base layer 212, so that the top layer 210 of the airbed can be made to have a beautiful appearance without showing connecting lines.
The annular side 230 is a hollow cavity that is divided by upper and lower supports 232, 231 into an upper connection zone 241, a lower connection zone 243 and an intermediate connection zone 242. The upper support 232 and the lower support 231 are horizontal structures.
It is obvious that the above embodiments of the present invention are only examples for clearly illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and are not limitations to the specific embodiments of the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention shall be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
