Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an upper body exercise device provided to enable a user to do upper body exercise by placing it on his or her hand and moving it back and forth around the body (particularly, the head).
  • Plate turning is a joint exercise that rotates the six major joints of our body.
  • plate turning rotates the fingers, wrists, elbows, and shoulder joints of a person who does a plate-turning exercise, thereby providing the effect of promoting blood circulation by increasing the body temperature of the muscles and ligaments around the joints and widening the range of motion of the joints.
  • plate turning is a full-body exercise that uses the whole body unlike general bare-handed gymnastics because it stimulates the wrists, the elbows, the shoulders, the pelvis, the knees, and the ankles, and provides the effect of improving the user's joint flexibility due to the rotation of the joints and releasing the muscles that were tight due to the whole body stretching.
  • plate turning increases the body temperature by about 1-2 degrees immediately after exercise, thereby providing the effect of strengthening the immunity of a user who does exercise.
