Description
- The present disclosure relates to the field of combustion furnaces, in particular to a secondary combustion furnace with a combustion speed adjustment function.
- In some districts, for some special purposes, stoves are still used. Currently used stoves are all fueled by coal blocks and wood, which are limited resources. Due to the fact that existing stoves are designed to obtain heat energy by primary combustion of a single tile, smoke generated during the primary combustions of the coal blocks and wood is directly discharged by a chimney. This primary combustion manner is a waste of resources and also adds pollution emission to the atmosphere, which is not conducive to existing practical requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction.
- Later, there are secondary combustion furnaces with better combustion efficiency, such as CN104421969A, CN105571123A, and CN106509968A. However, these combustion furnaces still have shortcomings. Specifically, these combustion furnaces are too complex in structure and difficult to implement. Due to an insufficient temperature of gas for secondary combustion of gas, the secondary combustion efficiency is also not high enough. At the same time, these secondary combustion furnaces do not have a function of adjusting a combustion speed of fuels.
- Therefore, it is necessary to study a new technical solution to solve the above problems.
- In order to solve the defects and shortcomings in the prior art, the present disclosure provides a secondary combustion furnace with a combustion speed adjustment function. A ventilation clearance is arranged in the combustion furnace; an air inlet hole communicated with the ventilation clearance is formed above a combustion cavity, thereby achieving secondary combustion of combustibles in the combustion furnace. In the structure of the present disclosure, the combustion furnace also has a heating effect on the air in the ventilation clearance. Meanwhile, due to an adjustment valve, a combustion speed of the combustibles in the combustion furnace can be adjusted. Compared with the prior art, the combustion furnace of the present disclosure has higher combustion efficiency, has a combustion speed adjustment function, and is more suitable for being popularized and used.
- In order to achieve the above-mentioned objective, the present disclosure adopts the following technical solution:

- As a preferred solution, the outer barrel and the inner barrel are both cylindrical; and the plurality of third air inlet holes are circumferentially arranged along a circle center of the inner barrel.
- As a preferred solution, the supporting legs are arranged on a front end surface of the outer barrel in a retractable manner, and there are three or more supporting legs.

- Referring to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 9 , a secondary combustion furnace with a combustion speed adjustment function in this embodiment of the present disclosure includes anouter barrel 10 and aninner barrel 20 arranged in theouter barrel 10. Theinner barrel 20 is provided with a combustion cavity. Theouter barrel 10 is provided with a firstair inlet hole 11 in a lower end surface. A secondair inlet hole 21 corresponding to the firstair inlet hole 11 is formed in a lower end surface of theinner barrel 20. Aventilation clearance 12 is reserved between theinner barrel 20 and theouter barrel 10. Awaste tray 30 is arranged on a lower side of theventilation clearance 12 corresponding to theinner barrel 20. A plurality of third air inlet holes 22 communicated with theventilation clearance 12 are arranged above the combustion cavity. Anadjustment valve 40 corresponding to the firstair inlet hole 11 and used for adjusting a size of the firstair inlet hole 11 is arranged at a lower end of theouter barrel 10. Supportinglegs 50 are arranged on a lower end surface of theouter barrel 10. - During use, combustibles (firewood) can be placed in the combustion cavity. External air enters the
ventilation clearance 12 from the firstair inlet hole 11. The air of theventilation clearance 12 enters the bottom and top of the combustion cavity from the secondair inlet hole 21. In a combustion process of the combustibles at the bottom of the combustion cavity, incompletely burned combustible particles are produced. These combustible particles move upward together with smoke. In the upward movement process, the combustible particles are in contact with air (with a high temperature) entering from the secondair inlet hole 21, and secondary combustion occurs, thereby improving the combustion efficiency of the combustibles (firewood). It should be noted that due to the specific design of the combustion furnace of the present disclosure, in a process that external air enters the third air inlet holes 22 via theventilation clearance 12, the air also absorbs heat from a wall of theinner barrel 20 and becomes air with a higher temperature. Thus, the incompletely burned combustible particles are combusted more fully. - Specifically, the
outer barrel 10 and theinner barrel 20 are both cylindrical; and the plurality of third air inlet holes 22 are circumferentially arranged along a circle center of theinner barrel 20. Theouter barrel 10 is provided with an inner cavity; theinner barrel 20 is placed in theinner barrel 20; afirst stop ring 13 is arranged above the inner cavity; an upper end of theinner barrel 20 extends to an outer side to form asecond stop ring 23 matched with thefirst stop ring 13. The secondary combustion furnace further includes afurnace cover 60. Thefurnace cover 60 is covered at an upper side of thesecond stop ring 23. Preferably, thefirst stop ring 13 is lower than an upper end surface of theouter barrel 10, and forms an outer stop ring 14 (an outer stop wall). Thefurnace cover 60 is covered in a region encircled by theouter stop ring 14. - Preferably, the
furnace cover 60 is provided with an upper-end smoke outlet. Thefurnace cover 60 is further provided with asmoke guide portion 61 corresponding to the smoke outlet. Thesmoke guide portion 61 is an upwards retracted guide slope. By the design of thesmoke guide portion 61, the air in the combustion cavity flows faster (a flowing channel is narrowed, so that the air flows faster), which achieves a better combustion effect. - Preferably, the supporting
legs 50 are arranged on a front end surface of theouter barrel 10 in a retractable manner. Usually, there are three or moresupporting legs 50. Due to the retractable design of the supportinglegs 50, the supportinglegs 50 of the product are convenient to retract, which reduces a height of the product (combustion furnace), thereby reducing a packaging volume and saving the transportation cost. - Further, the
adjustable valve 40 is a rotating piece rotatably connected to a lower end surface of theouter barrel 10. The rotating piece is provided with a fourthair inlet hole 42 corresponding to the firstair inlet hole 11. The rotating piece is rotated to adjust a size of the firstair inlet hole 11 to change an air intake and adjust the combustion speed of the combustibles (firewood) in theinner barrel 20. The rotating piece integrally extends to form a rotatingportion 41 convenient for operation with hands. Further, an outer side wall of theouter barrel 10 is connected with a liftinghandle 15. The lifting handle 15 may be a circular ring. Preferably, theinner barrel 20, theouter barrel 10, theadjustment valve 40, the supportinglegs 50, and thefurnace cover 60 can all be made of iron, aluminum, stainless steel, or the like. - The key point of the design of the present disclosure is as follows. First, the ventilation clearance is arranged in the combustion furnace; the air inlet holes communicated with the ventilation clearance are formed above the combustion cavity, thereby achieving secondary combustion of combustibles in the combustion furnace. In the structure of the present disclosure, the combustion furnace also has a heating effect on the air in the ventilation clearance. Meanwhile, due to the adjustment valve, a combustion speed of the combustibles in the combustion furnace can be adjusted. Compared with the prior art, the combustion furnace of the present disclosure has higher combustion efficiency, has a combustion speed adjustment function, and is more suitable for being popularized and used.
- Second, the specific design of the adjustment valve, the supporting legs, and the like also further improves the applicability of the combustion furnace of the present disclosure.
- The above descriptions are only preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, and do not limit the technical scope of the present disclosure. Therefore, any minor changes, equivalent changes and modifications made to the above embodiments according to the technical essence of the present disclosure still fall within the scope of the technical solutions of the present disclosure.
