Abstract
Description
- The invention relates to field about drainage and public sanitary waste and civil in construction, specifically, the invention refers to a flush toilet installed in sanitary areas for drainage and domestic waste, in order to bring technical efficiency, economic efficiency, friendly and suitable for many different environments.
- It is known that the current flush toilet on the Vietnam market are designed for the following purposes: drainage and sanitary waste, preventing odor from drain escape from the exhaust tube. To solve that problem, types of current flush toilets on the market has a similar shape, including, an elliptical-shaped toilet bowl, an S-shaped exhaust tube and a rectangular water tank. The flush toilet with S-shaped exhaust tube is operated as following: water from the water tank comes down strongly with a large quantity of water creating pressure to push waste and sewage through S-shaped exhaust tube and down into septic tank, after water and waste down into the septic tank, the S-shaped exhaust tube leaves a sufficient amount of water to preventing odor from drain escape from the exhaust tube. However, the above flush toilets have the disadvantages following:
- When operating, it is required to exhaust a large quantity of water creating pressure to push water, waste through S-shaped exhaust tube into the septic tank, so the flush toilet must always have available water tanks with a minimum quantity of water from 3 to 6 liters of water, because the tap water usually is not strong enough to flush for toilet directly, from which the installation of a flush toilet must always together with a toilet tank that causes bulky for flush toilet, waste a lot of water and require standard installation techniques so that the exhaust of water must create great pressure to push water and waste into the septic tank.
- The amount of water in the S-shaped exhaust tube is easily missed when the incorrect installation techniques or the toilet is mounted on moving vehicles such as ships, airplanes, cars, . . . because in the process of moving, the shaking phenomenon can shorten the amount of water in the exhaust tube, creating slits for odor escaping and polluting the surrounding environment.
- The wastes easily back up the surface of the toilet causing bad smell and unhygienic if the drainage tube are clogged or in flooding prone areas, in the rainy season, the septic tank will be flooded, the waste will back up because it have not a mechanism to prevent waste in the S-shaped exhaust tube.
- Purpose of the invention provides flush toilet solutions for types of public waste constructions or civil constructions to replace the solution of flushing toilets with S-shaped exhaust tube, limiting reimbursement the whole construction is difficult, bulky, easy to cause bad smell and prevent waste backed up causing unsanitary surrounding environment, water saving, environmentally friendly.
- In order to achieve the above purpose, the flush toilet following the invention consists of a porcelain toilet bowl with an elliptical shape, with large and small sizes, the toilet seat in below is also made of porcelain, inside of the toilet seat has a waste exhaust tube connected to the toilet bowl made from a soft rubber plastic tube, shaped like as chicken guts so it is also called a chicken guts exhaust tube, with an optimal length from 15 cm to 20 cm and a diameter from 6 cm to 9 cm, on top of the chicken guts exhaust tube are attached with the clamping mechanism always closed in above and the clamping mechanism is always open in below, helping the waste deep down the septic tank without wasting much water and being had smell or backing wastes up the surface of the toilet bowl, causing unsanitary surrounding area, the trip lever mounted behind the toilet bowl, it may be made by plastic or porcelain depending on the type, the trip lever has a connection wire attached to the valve closing for water source and two opened and closed clamping mechanism on the chicken guts exhaust tube.
-
FIG. 1 : is a vertical view of a flush toilet -
FIG. 2 : is a vertical view of the chicken guts exhaust tube -
FIG. 3 : is a vertical view of an opened clamping mechanism -
FIG. 4 : is a vertical view of a closed clamping mechanism - According to
FIG. 1 , the toilet bowl 1 has an elliptical shape, with a large and small size, outside of the toilet bowl 1 has mounted atrip lever 9, atrip lever 9 connected to a connection wire 4 inplastic tubes 3 fixed, connected toflapper 10, closedclamping mechanism 5 and opened clamping mechanism 7, the mouth of toilet bowl 1 has the mainwater outlet hole 12 and and many auxiliarywater outlet holes 13 in around themouth 16 of toilet bowl 1, in below is the toilet seat 2 made of porcelain, inside of the toilet seat 2 has chickenguts exhaust tube 14 attached to the toilet bowl 1, the chickenguts exhaust tube 14 has two segments made from rubber plastic tube soft, shaped like as chicken guts, with an optimal length from 15 cm to 20 cm and a diameter from 6 cm to 9 cm, the two sections of chickenguts exhaust tubes 14 are connected together byconnection tube 6 b and are fixed according to vertically by strap 6, the upper section of chickenguts exhaust tube 14 is fitted with an closedclamping mechanism 5 and the bottom of the chickenguts exhaust tube 14 is fitted with an opened clamping mechanism 7, the bottom of the chickenguts exhaust tube 14 is attached to the waste tube 15,fixed shaft 8 located strap 6 atposition 6 a, located an closedclamping mechanism 5 at position 5 a and located an opened clamping mechanism 7 atposition 7 a. - When
trip lever 9, connection wire 4 will create a pressure to openflapper 10, water fromtube 11 will go throughflapper 10 and go throughmain drain hole 12, flowing evenly aroundmouth 16 of the toilet bowl 1 to theextra exhaust holes 13 and down to the bottom of toilet bowl 1, connection wire 4 also creates a pull on the clamping-hand atposition 5 b so that an closedclamping mechanism 5 opens and pulls along the chickenguts exhaust tube 14 opens and connection wire 4 also create a pull on the clapping-hand atposition 7 b, which create a pressure on the opened clamping mechanism 7 that closes the clamp, pulling thechicken exhaust tube 14 closed, the waste will come from the toilet bowl 2 enters and is retained in the middle compartment of the chickenguts exhaust tube 14, when thetrip lever 9 is backed to its original position, theflapper 10, an closedclamping mechanism 5 and an opened clamping mechanism 7 will close back to their original position, the closedclamping mechanism 5 will close and chickenguts exhaust tube 14 closes and the opened clamping mechanism 7 will open and the chickenguts exhaust tube 14 opens, the waste in the cavity flow down the waste tube 15 into the septic tank.
