Abstract

The ship rescue cabin, the rectangular sealing box body are divided into large and small sealing boxes by the partition board, and both the partition board and the small sealing box are provided with sealing doors and locking handles. The small seal box has an exhaust valve switch, the large seal box has three short adapters, and the bottom plate has holes and rubber squares. The edge of the bottom plate is provided with an extension piece, and the extension plate is provided with holes. The bottom plate of the adjacent small sealing box is also provided with holes. There is also a square frame corresponding to the slightly larger bottom surface of the sealing box with screw rods.

Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • This technology belongs to disaster relief equipment, especially ship rescue cabins.
  • BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY
  • After the ship was capsized, there was still air inside, so there was still the possibility of people surviving. Rescue work was usually carried out with ropes. After the ship was pulled and fixed, the bottom of the ship was cut open to rescue people. The rescue was very difficult, heavy in workload and time-consuming, and the pulling with ropes had uncertainty and risk, therefore, the invention provides a ship rescue cabin which does not need pulling with ropes, has small rescue difficulty, small workload and short time consumption.
  • CONTENTS OF THE INVENTION
  • A technical scheme of the ship rescue cabin for the invention is as follow: Using 1-3 mm thick steel plate to weld a rectangular air-tight box body with a length of 1-2 meters, a width of 0.5-1 meters, and a height of 0.6-1.2 meters, a steel plate with a thickness of 1-3 mm is welded inside the box body, the rectangular air-tight box body is separated into two air-tight boxes including a slightly bigger one and a slightly smaller one, of which the separation steel plate has an opening with a width of 0.4-0.8 meters and a height of 0.5-1 meter, and the opening is equipped with an air-tight door that opens towards the slightly bigger air-tight box; the side of the slightly smaller air-tight box facing the dividing steel plate also has an opening with a width of 0.4-0.8 meters and a height of 0.5-1 meters, the opening is provided with an air-tight door that opens inwardly; a locking handle is arranged at the handle area of both inside and outside of the two air-tight doors, the inner and outer locking handles of the two air-tight doors are provided with connecting rod connectors respectively penetrating through the air-tight doors for interlocking, and the locking handles on either side of the air-tight doors can be operated to lock and open the air-tight doors. An exhaust valve switch is arranged above the air-tight door of the slightly smaller air-tight box; the top surface of the slightly bigger air-tight box is welded with 3 short adapters, one is connected to the high-pressure air delivery pipe of the high-pressure air pump, and the other two are connected to the gas cutting delivery pipe. The top surface of the slightly smaller air-tight box is also welded with a short adapter to connect the high-pressure air delivery pipe of the high-pressure air pump. The bottom surface of the slightly bigger air-tight box body is provided with a hole with an outer diameter of 0.4-0.8 meters, the three sides of the bottom steel plate facing the outside of the box body of the slightly bigger air-tight box respectively have outwardly extending edges with an extending width of 2-5 cm, and the outwardly extending steel plates respectively have 2-5 screw fixing holes with a diameter of 8-18 mm evenly distributed, and the screw fixing holes are provided with cushions and nuts respectively. 2-5 screw fixing holes with a diameter of 8-18 mm are evenly distributed on the adjacent bottom surface of the slightly smaller airtight box body and the slightly larger airtight box body, the screw fixing holes are provided with rubber gaskets, cushions and nuts respectively, under the around of the bottom surface of the larger airtight box, there is also a square frame formed by welding a 2-5 mm thick strip iron plate, corresponding to the outer steel plate surrounding the bottom surface of the larger airtight box. Each side of the frame is welded with screws with a diameter of 7.8-17.8 mm corresponding to the screw fixing holes on the bottom surface of the larger airtight box. There is a sealing rubber square frame with a thickness of 1-10 cm corresponding to the square frame, and the screw rod at the side of the square frame is attached to the sealing rubber square frame and the matching hole of the screw rod of the square frame respectively.

The top surface of the slightly smaller air-tight box 4 is also welded with a short adapter 8 to connect the high-pressure air delivery pipe of the high-pressure air pump. The bottom surface of the slightly bigger air-tight box body 3 is provided with a hole with an outer diameter of 0.5 meters, the three sides facing the outside of the bottom surface of the slightly larger airtight box 3 respectively have outwardly extending edges with an extending width of 3 cm, and the outwardly extending steel plates respectively have 3 screw fixing holes with a diameter of 16 mm evenly distributed, and the holes are provided with cushions and nuts respectively, on the adjacent bottom surface of the slightly smaller airtight box body 4 and the slightly larger airtight box body 3, there are also three screw fixing holes with a diameter of 16 mm evenly distributed, the holes are provided with rubber gaskets, cushions and nuts respectively, and there is also the square frame 10 which is welded by 3 mm thick strip iron plates corresponding to the peripheral steel plates at the bottom surface of the slightly bigger air-tight box 3 and each side of the square frame 10 is respectively welded with screw rods with a diameter of 14 mm corresponding to the peripheral steel plate screw fixing holes of the bottom surface of the slightly bigger air-tight box 3. There is a sealing rubber square frame 9 with a thickness of 1-10 cm corresponding to the square frame 10, and the screw rod at the side of the square frame 10 is attached to the sealing rubber square frame 9 and the matching hole of the screw rod of the square frame respectively.

After the rescue, the rescuers and the rescued personnel enter the slightly smaller air-tight box body 4, the rescuers lock the slightly bigger air-tight box's air-tight door 5 and turn on the exhaust valve switch 7 above the air-tight door 5 of the slightly smaller air-tight box to balance the air pressure inside the slightly smaller air-tight box body 4 with the air pressure outside the box body 1, and then open the air-tight door 5 of the slightly smaller air-tight box body to allow the rescued personnel to go out, and the rescuers tighten the exhaust valve switch 7 above the air-tight door 5 of the slightly smaller air-tight box, lock the air-tight door 5 of the slightly smaller air-tight box body, and then deliver air to the slightly smaller air-tight box 4, so that the slightly smaller air-tight box 4 reaches the previous air pressure, and the rest can be done in the same manner for repeated rescue.

1. Ship rescue cabin, comprising:

2-5 screw fixing holes with a diameter of 8-18 mm are evenly distributed on the adjacent bottom surface of the slightly smaller airtight box body and the slightly larger airtight box body, the screw fixing holes are provided with rubber gaskets, cushions and nuts respectively, under the around of the bottom surface of the larger airtight box, there is also a square frame formed by welding a 2-5 mm thick strip iron plate, corresponding to the outer steel plate surrounding the bottom surface of the larger airtight box;
each side of the frame is welded with screws with a diameter of 7.8-17.8 mm corresponding to the screw fixing holes on the bottom surface of the larger airtight box.

For the ship rescue cabin according to claim 1, the characteristics are: the inner and outer locking handles of the two air-tight doors are provided with connecting rod connectors respectively penetrating through the air-tight doors for interlocking, and the locking handles on either side of the air-tight doors can be operated to lock and open the air-tight doors.

A ship rescue cabin, having a rectangular sealing box body divided into large and small sealing boxes by a partition board, and both the partition board and the small sealing box are provided with sealing doors and locking handles; wherein the small seal box has an exhaust valve switch, the large seal box has three short adapters, and the bottom plate has holes and rubber squares; the edge of the bottom plate is provided with an extension piece, and the extension plate is provided with holes; the bottom plate of the adjacent small sealing box is also provided with holes; and there is also a square frame corresponding to the slightly larger bottom surface of the sealing box with screw rods.
