    CROSS REFERENCE
  • The present non-provisional patent application claims priority to the Provisional application 62/880,854 filed Jul. 31, 2019 by Pierre Juste for a “Wireless Glove Controlled Soccer Goal Ball Distributor,” which is included in its entirety in the present application.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The disclosed wireless glove controlled soccer goal distributors consist of at least 1) ball return kicker motors. 2) a floor ball shute, 3) an air ball shute, a wireless enabled glove and 5) a goal control screen. The main purpose of the Soccer Goal Distributors is to provide soccer players the ability to practice kicking goals without assistance. The disclosure automatically shoots soccer balls and gives users wireless control from a distance. The waterproof wireless hand glove controls the Soccer Ball Distributors and runs on DC batteries. From the screen on the wireless gloves, the user can utilize the buttons to control the height and speed of the ball released. The disclosure includes an airball and floor ball kicker and shute, a goal wireless control screen a soccer ball in door, a soccer ball supply bag stand and ball supply shute and an optional flexible soccer goal collector.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • Reference will now be made to exemplary embodiments illustrated in the drawings and specific language will be used herein to describe the same. It will nevertheless be understood that no limitation of the scope of the disclosure is thereby intended. Alterations and further modifications of the inventive features illustrated herein and additional applications of the principles of the inventions as illustrated herein, which would occur to one skilled in the relevant art and having possession of this disclosure, are to be considered within the scope of the invention.
  • Dimensions detailed herein and in the drawings are intended to be a guide to nominal manufacturing dimensions. The detailed dimensions may vary by plus or minus ten percent taking into account manufacturing restraints and materials for various embodiments as recited, taught and suggested herein. The dimensions therefore are applicable to at least one embodiment but are not meant to be limiting to other embodiments of the disclosure.
  • The disclosed wireless glove controlled soccer goal distributors consist of at least the following components: 1) ball return kicker motors, 2) a floor ball shute, 3) an air ball shute, 4) a wireless enabled glove and 5) a goal control screen. The main purpose of the Soccer Goal Distributors is to provide soccer players the ability to practice kicking goals without assistance.
  • For many, soccer players practicing kicking and footwork can be difficult without other individuals to shoot the ball in between. Currently, on the market, there are soccer ball machines, but they often require constant calibration creating a need for devices that automatically shoot soccer balls and give users wireless control.
  • Ingenious and practical, the Wireless Glove controlled Soccer Goal Distributors is an electronic wireless ball distribution system. The Soccer Goal Distributor's system includes a wireless glove that allows users to control the system from a distance. The waterproof wireless hand glove is used to control the Soccer Ball Distributors and runs on AC batteries. From the screen on the wireless gloves, the user can utilize the buttons to control the height and speed of the ball released.
  • The Soccer Goal Distributors will serve as a great device for both companies and consumers looking for a new and innovative device to automatically shoot soccer balls. The disclosed Soccer Goal Distributors is the only product of its kind designed to allow the user to shoot and kick soccer balls via a wireless control glove. The Soccer Goal Distributor is uniquely designed for companies participating in the retail or sports industries. The Soccer Goal Distributor is non-gender or age specific. Future modifications would include upgrading software to allow for more choices.
  • Throughout the present disclosure, the term, ‘xy,’ refers to the x and y coordinates of a Cartesian coordinate system and conventionally refer to the first and second horizontal components of motion where ‘z’ refers to a vertical motion in the same system. The term, ‘shute,’ is used as a variation of chute, meaning a sloping channel, a passage down or through which things pass or slide through.
  • FIG. 1 is a depiction of a wireless enabled control glove for the glove controlled soccer goal ball distributor in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. The depiction includes an activation button, a screen controller and a soccer ball hand glove. Functions of the wireless glove screen are complementary to functions of the wireless goal control screen described below.
  • FIG. 2 is front depiction of the wireless glove controlled soccer goal ball distributor with wireless screen controller and ball kickers in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. The depiction includes an airball kicker and shute, a floor ball kicker and shute, a goal wireless control screen a soccer ball in door, a soccer ball supply bag stand and a rotating soccer ball supply shute.
  • FIG. 3 is a side depiction of the wireless glove controlled soccer goal ball distributor with wireless screen controller and ball kickers in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. The depiction includes motors for the airball kicker and the floor ball kicker, the soccer ball in door, an on/off switch and the goal wireless screen control. The wireless screen control includes software applications and graphics for a user to control a speed of a soccer ball distribution, a vector for the soccer ball distribution, a starting height and a number of soccer balls to be distributed. The soccer ball vector control is coordinated via the wireless glove control via the screen or indicators on the wireless hand glove.
  • FIG. 4 is a front depiction of a flexible soccer goal with frame width and frame height dimensions in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. The depicted flexible soccer goal is useable as a collector for soccer balls to be distributed. The dimensions depicted are nominal and exemplary and vary in embodiments according to user needs. The flexible soccer goal is also modular and is used in a single, dual, triple and other multiple adjacent and/or distal configurations.
  • FIG. 5 is a side depiction of the flexible soccer goal with frame depth dimensions and moving dimensions for moving parts in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. The depiction includes vertical moving parts and transverse moving parts between two flexible joints. A separation of four feet is shown between the flexible soccer goal and another rectangular soccer goal component.
  • FIG. 6 is a flow chart of a method for launching a ball in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method includes rotating a ball receiver configured in an xy plane to receive a soccer ball. The method also includes receiving a ball into a ball reservoir configured to receive the soccer ball from the ball receiver and to hold the soccer ball and a plurality of other received soccer balls. The method additionally includes launching a ball received from the ball reservoir at an adjustable height z and at an adjustable direction xy in relation to a field of play. The method yet includes controlling predetermined parameters including the height z and the xy direction of the ball launcher via a remote control electronic control glove.
  • Although the operations of the method(s) herein are shown and described in a particular order, the order of the operations of each method may be altered so that certain operations may be performed in an inverse order or so that certain operations may be performed, at least in part, concurrently with other operations. In another embodiment, instructions or sub-operations of distinct operations may be implemented in an intermittent and/or alternating manner.
  • While the forgoing examples are illustrative of the principles of the present disclosure in one or more particular applications, it will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art that numerous modifications in form, usage and details of implementation can be made without the exercise of inventive faculty, and without departing from the principles and concepts of the invention. Accordingly, it is not intended that the disclosure be limited, except as by the specification and claims set forth herein.

Claims (20)

What is claimed is:
1. A ball launcher device comprising:
a ball receiver configured rotatable in an xy plane to receive a plurality of balls;
a ball reservoir configured to receive the plurality of balls and supply a one at a time ball to a ball launcher;
a ball launcher configured to launch the one at a time ball from the ball reservoir at an adjustable height z and at an adjustable direction xy in relation to a field of play; and
an electronic control module configured to control the adjustable height z and the xy adjustable direction xy of the ball launcher.
2. The ball launcher device of claim 1, wherein the electronic control module comprises a control screen and a plurality of control buttons.
3. The ball launcher device of claim 1, wherein the ball receiver is configured to deliver balls to the ball reservoir.
4. The ball launcher device of claim 1, wherein the ball reservoir is configured to deliver balls to the ball launcher.
5. The ball launcher device of claim 1, wherein the electronic control module is in a wireless control of the ball receiver, the ball reservoir and the ball launcher.
6. The ball launcher device of claim 1, wherein the ball receiver is configured to receive a plurality of soccer balls.
7. The ball launcher device of claim 1, wherein the ball launcher comprises a plurality of control motors to move the ball launcher up and down in a z direction in relation to the xy plane.
8. The ball launcher device of claim 1, wherein the ball launcher comprises a plurality of control motors to rotate the ball launcher left and right in the xy plane in relation to the z height.
9. The ball launcher device of claim 1, wherein the ball launcher comprises a floor ball launch height z and an air ball launch height z.
10. The ball launcher device of claim 1, wherein the ball launcher comprises a plurality of control motors to launch the ball at a specified velocity.
11. A ball launcher system comprising:
a ball receiver configured rotatable in an xy plane to receive a soccer ball;
a ball reservoir configured to receive the soccer ball from the ball receiver and to hold the soccer ball and a plurality of other received soccer balls;
a ball launcher configured to receive the soccer ball from the ball reservoir and to launch the soccer ball at an adjustable height z and at an adjustable direction xy in relation to a field of play; and
an electronic control glove configured to control predetermined parameters including the height z and the xy direction of the ball launcher.
12. The ball launcher system of claim 11, wherein the electronic control is a glove comprises a control screen and a plurality of control buttons in a wireless control of the ball launcher system.
13. The ball launcher system of claim 11, wherein the electronic control glove is protected with a waterproof low durometer layer.
14. The ball launcher system of claim 11, wherein the ball launcher comprises a plurality of control motors to move the ball launcher up and down in a z direction in relation to the xy plane.
15. The ball launcher system of claim 1, wherein the ball launcher comprises a plurality of control motors to rotate the ball launcher left and right in the xy plane in relation to the z height.
16. The ball launcher system of claim 1, wherein the ball launcher comprises a floor ball launch height z and an air ball launch height z.
17. The ball launcher system of claim 1, wherein the ball launcher comprises a plurality of control motors to launch the ball at a specified velocity.
18. The ball launcher system of claim 11, further comprising a flexible ball collector bag.
19. The ball launcher system of claim 11, further comprising a flexible ball collector bag and a stand for the flexible ball collector bag.
20. A method of launching a ball, the method comprising:
rotating a ball receiver configured in a xy plane to receive a soccer ball;
receiving the ball into a ball reservoir configured to receive the soccer ball from the ball receiver and to hold the soccer ball and a plurality of other received soccer balls;
launching the ball received from the ball reservoir at an adjustable height z and at an adjustable direction xy in relation to a field of play; and
controlling predetermined parameters including the height z and the xy direction of the ball launcher via a remote control electronic control glove.
