The connections between various components of the head structure of the present disclosure are as follows. Theclamp 20 is mounted into the first connectingportion 31 of thesleeve 30. The applyinghead 10 is clamped in the clamp. The fixingbase 40 is fixedly connected to the second connectingportion 32 of thesleeve 30. The fixingrod 42 of the fixing base is inserted into and fastened in the throughhole 11 of the applying head. The applying head is tightly fixed in the sleeve through a pressure applied collectively by the fixingrod 42 and theclamp 20, which prevents the applying head from falling off. Thesleeve 30 is connected to a cosmetic material container. Thecosmetic material 80 flows into the throughhole 11 of the applying head through the hollow fixingrod 42 by pressing the container, and then flows out of thehead 12 of the applying head for make-up through the through hole. The applying head may be made of a soft rubber and plastic material. The applying head made of this material is used to directly apply the make-up area, which can effectively spread the cosmetic material evenly, make the applying line bolder, and has an attractive visual effect. The present disclosure has a simple structure and strong applicability, and is readily carried and reusable. - As
FIG. 2 shows, the diameter of the through hole of the applyinghead 10 close to an end of the head is less than the diameter of the through hole used for placing the fixingrod 42, namely, the through hole of the applying head includes a lower large-diameter through hole used to place the fixingrod 42, and an upper small-diameter through hole used for the cosmetic material to pass through (the cosmetic material at a lower end of the applying head flows out through a hole inside the fixing rod). The larger-diameter portion of the through hole for placing the fixing rod facilitates the fixing rod to insert and avoid a situation where a large pressure is needed to be applied to extrude the cosmetic material out due to the small diameter of the lower portion of the through hole, which is inconvenient to use. Moreover, the upper through hole, i.e., the part of the through hole close to a position for discharging the cosmetic material has a relatively smaller diameter, which can avoid extruding the excessive cosmetic material, thereby affecting on make-up and causing the unnecessary waste. The applyinghead 10 is made of the soft rubber and plastic material, and is a semi-ellipsoid. The soft rubber and plastic material which is not prone to absorbing the cosmetic material, so all of the cosmetic material flows through the through hole of the applying head. Consequently, cosmetic material will not be left in the applying head, which prevents the unnecessary waste and pollution problems. The applying head made of the soft rubber and plastic material has a tough outer surface owing to grinding, which makes the applying line bolder. Besides, the plastic applying head can also function as a powder puff and effectively apply the cosmetic material evenly. - As shown in
FIG. 5 , theannular tail 13 of the applying head is provided with theannular groove 14. The snap-fit buckle 23 is embedded in the applying head by means of engaging with theannular groove 14. When the applying head is made of a harder soft rubber and plastic material, the annular tail is correspondingly provided with the annular groove for the snap-fit buckle to readily engage with the annular tail. - As shown in
FIGS. 6-8 , theclamp 20 is provided with two pairs ofsymmetrical jaws 22. Each of the jaws is provided with a snap-fit buckle 23. Thejaw 22 of the clamp is opened outward in a normal state. When the jaw is inserted into the sleeve, since the sleeve has a smaller diameter, the jaws are restrained and pressed inward by the sleeve. The snap-fit buckle 23 is embedded in the applying head to fix the applying head tightly. The diameter of the fixingrod 42 in the through hole of the applying head is slightly larger than the diameter of the through hole, so that the fixing rod inserted in the through hole applies a certain pressure to the applying head. The applying head is fixed tightly through the pressure collectively applied by the fixing rod and the snap-fit buckle, thus, to avoid falling off of the applying head. The bottom 21 of the clamp is fixedly connected to the first connectingportion 31 of the sleeve. At least oneprotrusion 33 is provided on the inner side of the first connectingportion 31. At least onegroove 24 for engaging with the protrusion is provided at the bottom of theclamp 21. When the clamp is inserted into the sleeve, theprotrusion 33 is engaged with the groove to successfully assemble, generating a tactile reminder to the user. Thebase 41 of the fixing base is engaged with the second connectingportion 32 of the sleeve. - As shown in
FIG. 9 , an outer side of the second connectingportion 32 of the sleeve is further engaged with the softtubular container 60. The soft tubular container stores the cosmetic material, and the cosmetic material can be extruded out of the applying head by pressing a soft tube of the soft tubular container. As shown inFIG. 10 , the outer side of the second connectingportion 32 of the sleeve may be further engaged with the rotatingcontainer 70. The cosmetic material can be extruded out of the applying head by rotating a piston. Certainly, the head structure may be connected to other types of containers (such as a pressed container) to extrude the cosmetic material out. The above-mentioned embodiment is intended to better understand the present disclosure, rather than limiting the scope of the present disclosure. - Embodiment 2: As shown in
FIG. 2 andFIG. 3 , the only difference between the present embodiment and the embodiment 1 is that thehead 12 of the applying head is implanted with a layer of thefluff 50. The applying head may be implanted with thefluff 50 before use as needed, so as to make the applying head have a softer touch. Since the fluff has an absorption capacity, the applying effect is more exquisite. - The operation process of the present disclosure includes an assembling process and a use process.
