Abstract

In a pocket 2 provided in a garment 1, a storage pocket structure according to the present invention includes: a key-like portion fabric of a hook-and-loop fastener on a pocket inner surface fabric 3 on the garment 1 side of an inner surface of the pocket 2; and a pile fabric of a hook-and-loop fastener on a pocket inner surface fabric 4 on a pocket exterior fabric 5 side facing thereto. When a stored item 6 is stored in the pocket 2, the key-like portion fabric and the pile fabric mesh with each other around the stored item 6 to form hook-and-loop fastener meshing areas 7, thereby restricting movement of the stored item 6.

Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present invention relates to a storage pocket structure of a garment, a bag, or the like, and more particularly to a pocket structure for storing a small item having a size that can be held by hand such as a key or a coin.
  • BACKGROUND ART
  • When a key or a coin is kept in a pocket of a garment such as sportswear during playing sports such as running, since the stored item sways in the pocket against body vibration, it does not keep up with movement of the body and may cause discomfort. In order to avoid being unable to concentrate on sports due to the discomfort, some people play sports without putting anything in their pockets. However, they cannot always play sports without putting anything in their pockets. For example, when they go out by car to run in a suburb running course, they have to run carrying car keys. In such a case, in order to prevent the above-mentioned discomfort, a hat provided with a storage pocket on an inner side (for example, see Patent Literature 1), shoes provided with storage pockets (for example, see Patent Literature 2), and the like are proposed. In addition, a removable simple fixed-type shoulder-placement small bag etc. worn on a shoulder and used is also proposed (for example, refer to Patent Literature 3).

  • SUMMARY OF INVENTION Technical Problems
  • However, the hat of Patent Literature 1 and the shoes of Patent Literature 2 have a problem that they cannot accommodate a thick item. A car key was also flat and thin in the past, and it was rare for a wearer to felt discomfort or pain even when exercising with the key in a pocket. However, now keyless entry is mainstream, and a boxy and thick key is increasing. In addition, when a key is put in the pocket of the shoe, since the key does not bend, it cannot to follow movement of a flexing foot and may cause discomfort. When the key is used for a long time, pain is felt at a portion where the key hits. Furthermore, in the bag type attached to a shoulder of a garment of Patent Literature 3, small items, such as a key, move in the bag, and there is also a problem of giving discomfort.
  • The present invention has been developed in view of the problems as described above, and an object of the present invention is to provide a storage pocket structure which does not shake a small item such as a key even when it is put in a pocket of training wear etc. and does not cause discomfort that disturbs concentration of consciousness at the time of sports such as running.
  • Solutions to Problems
  • In order to solve the above problems and achieve the object, a storage pocket structure according to the present invention includes: a key-like portion fabric of a hook-and-loop fastener on one of opposite inner surfaces of a storage pocket; and a pile fabric of a hook-and-loop fastener on the other inner surface of the storage pocket. When a stored item is stored, the key-like portion fabric and the pile fabric mesh with each other around the stored item to restrict movement of the stored item.
  • As a result, around a small item such as a key that is the stored item, the key-like portion and the pile fabric mesh with each other, there is no space in which the stored item can move, and the movement of the stored item is restricted. Thus, the stored item is fixed, and a storage pocket structure that does not cause discomfort that would disturb concentration is realized.
  • Here, it is preferable that the key-like portion fabric and the pile fabric are entirely disposed on the inner surfaces, respectively.
  • According to this, as long as a small item has a size that can be held by hand such as a key or a coin, it is possible to store the item and restrict movement thereof regardless of the size of the stored item.
  • Furthermore, it is more preferable that the key-like portion fabric and the pile fabric be made of microfibers.
  • According to this, since there is no fear of damaging skin by improving touch, a suitable storage pocket structure for a garment can be obtained.
  • Advantageous Effects of Invention
  • As described above, in the storage pocket structure according to the present invention, the hook-and-loop fastener is used on the inner surface of a pocket storage portion, and the key-like portion and the pile fabric are meshed around the small item such as a key that is the stored item to restrict the movement of the stored item. As a result, the stored item is fixed, and the storage pocket structure which does not move the stored item in the pocket against movement of a wearer and does not give discomfort to the wearer can be realized.

  • DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
  • Hereinafter, modes for carrying out the present invention will be described.
  • FIG. 1 is a front view of a garment having a storage pocket structure. A garment 1 provided with a storage pocket structure of the present invention is, for example, sportswear, and is provided with a pocket 2 for storing a small item having a size that can be held by hand, such as a key or a coin.
  • FIG. 2 is a view showing pocket inner surface fabrics. The interior of the pocket 2 is composed of a pocket inner surface fabric 3 and a pocket inner surface fabric 4. The pocket inner surface fabric 3 has a key-like portion of a hook-and-loop fastener disposed on a whole surface, and the pocket inner surface fabric 4 has a pile fabric of a hook-and-loop fastener disposed on a whole surface. The hook-and-loop fasteners used for the pocket inner surface fabric 3 and the pocket inner surface fabric 4 are soft touch hook-and-loop fasteners made of microfibers, and there is no risk of damaging skin even if a hand is softly inserted. Specifically, VELCRO DFL-E (registered trademark) of Internat Velcro Company and FASTENANO (registered trademark) of Teijin Limited can be used.
  • FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along a line A-A of FIG. 1. Here, a cross section is schematically shown. The pocket inner surface fabric 3 is sewn on the garment 1 at positions of sewing points 8. The pocket inner surface fabric 4 is sewn on a pocket exterior fabric 5 at the positions of the sewing points 8. The key-like portion of the hook-and-loop fastener of the pocket inner surface fabric 3 faces the pile fabric of the hook-and-loop fastener of the pocket inner surface fabric 4, and they are disposed to mesh with each other. Note that replacement may be performed so that the pocket inner surface fabric 3 has the pile fabric and the pocket inner surface fabric 4 has the key-like portion.
  • FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along the line A-A of a state in which a stored item is put. Here also, a cross section is schematically shown. When a small item such as a key or coin is inserted as a stored item 6 between the pocket inner surface fabric 3 and the pocket inner surface fabric 4, in portions other than a contact area with the pocket inner surface fabric 3 and the pocket inner surface fabric 4 of the stored item 6, that is, hook-and-loop fastener meshing areas 7, the key-like portion of the pocket inner surface fabric 3 and the pile fabric of the pocket inner surface fabric 4 are intertwined and meshed around the stored item 6, so that the stored item 6 is not moved. As a result, even if a plurality of keys and coins are inserted, the entire stored item 6 is fixed, and there is no unpleasant sound emitted during collision, so a wearer can concentrate on exercise etc. without feeling discomfort.
  • Here, the hook-and-loop fastener is disposed on the whole surface of one side of each of the pocket inner surface fabric 3 and the pocket inner surface fabric 4, but even if a part of the stored item 6 is fixed, a certain effect can be obtained. Accordingly, the hook-and-loop fastener may be separated into tapes, and a part of the fabric may be composed of a fabric which is not made of the hook-and-loop fastener.
  • For example, in FIG. 5, a pocket inner surface fabric 9 has hook-and-loop fastener portions 3 a arrayed side by side in a longitudinal direction. In FIG. 6, a pocket inner surface fabric 10 has hook-and-loop fastener portions 3 b arranged in parallel in a lateral direction. In FIG. 7, hook-and-loop fastener portions 3 c are disposed by intersecting on a pocket inner surface fabric 11.
  • Thus, in the garment provided with the storage pocket structure of the present embodiment, the hook-and-loop fastener is used on the inner surface of a pocket storage portion. The fabric on one side of the pocket inner surface fabric is configured with the fabric with the key-like portion of the hook-and-loop fastener and the fabric on the surface corresponding thereto is configured with the pile fabric of the hook-and-loop fastener. Accordingly, around small items such as a key that is a stored item, the key-like portion and the pile fabric mesh with each other, there is no space in which the stored item can move, and movement of the stored item is restricted, so that the stored item is fixed. As a result, the stored item does not move in the pocket even against intense movement of the wearer, and the wearer does not feel discomfort.
  • Note that usage is not limited to a garment, especially sportswear worn during exercise, and may be applied to a bag when it is not desired to make a plurality of stored items contact with each other so that a non-contact state with each other can be easily maintained in one storage part. Although it is preferable to use a soft hook-and-loop fastener with emphasis on touch for a storage pocket structure of a garment, in a case of a bag or the like, a hook-and-loop fastener having a strong meshing force may be used as needed. For example, in a case of using a storage pocket structure for a small bag etc. brought into close contact with a body, a hook-and-loop fastener having a firm key-like portion may be used.
  • As mentioned above, although the storage pocket structure concerning the present invention has been explained based on the embodiment, the present invention is not limited to this. Various design changes are possible within the range in which the object of the present invention can be achieved and without deviating from the gist of the invention, and all of them are included in the technical scope of the present invention.
