In particular, in the year of 2014, retail sales of yoga pants have been historically exceeding those of jeans. Thereupon, it is obvious to see the growing importance of regular workout to ordinary people.
  • Among all exercises, the yoga is one of the mainstream workout that can be furnished with various and versatile programs to youths, seniors and even some professionals (for example, NBA stars). Actually, to modern people, the yoga is one of important part for self cultivation. Generally, yoga skills and poses are all historic and easy to be practiced. With relevant breath rhythms, desired sculpture posture for the practitioners can be achieved to improve human capabilities in physiology, psychology, emotion and spirit. Thereupon, the state of having body and mind as one can be achieved.
  • For the yoga practitioners to perform every pose and skill safely and confidently, loose yoga pants, protection yoga pads and versatile fitness balls are all indispensable.
  • The fitness ball, called also as the yoga ball, a rhythm ball or a resistance ball, is an elastic spherical gear for exercises to go with yoga practicing upon abdomen, back, waist, legs or other human parts. Since the fitness ball is elastic, thus the practitioners can perform movements safely thereon, relax related muscles, and consume body fats. In addition, by applying the fitness ball to exercise, user's stress can be relieved, user's focus can be elevated, and muscle's strength as well as the endurance can be increased.
  • Further, since applying the fitness ball can help the user automatically to promote difficult movements such as core muscle practices or exercises with fitness gears (dumbbell for example), thus body temperature rise and plenty of sweats can be expected. Generally speaking, while in using the fitness ball, direct body contacts are surely inevitable, no matter what the size of contact area is.
  • In manufacturing the aforesaid conventional fitness ball, material ingredients include color powders, PVC (polyvinyl chloride), plasticizers, stabilizers and the like chemicals. However, when a user contacts or touches a fitness ball for a substantially long time, it is quite possible that a skin allergic problem would be an issue. Also, the body temperature would accelerate the fitness ball to discharge some chemicals related to allergic symptoms.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • In view that the aforesaid fitness or exercise ball can cause its user some allergic reactions, accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide an exercise ball structure that is coated by a food-ingredient powder layer for reducing a possibility of allergic reactions upon the user.
  • In the present invention, an exercise ball structure coated with food-ingredient powders includes an inner elastic spherical-shell structure and an organic food-ingredient powder coating.
  • The inner elastic spherical-shell structure has a first outer surface. The organic food-ingredient powder coating is formed on the first outer surface by injection molding.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, the organic food-ingredient powder coating of the exercise ball structure coated with food-ingredient powders is at least one of a coffee powder layer, a matcha powder layer, a turmeric powder layer, a curry powder layer, a milk powder layer and a cocoa powder layer.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, a ratio of a coating thickness of the organic food-ingredient powder coating to an inner shell thickness of the inner elastic spherical-shell structure is ranged from 1:1 to 1:5.
  • As stated, the exercise ball structure coated with food-ingredient powders provided by the present invention introduces the organic food-ingredient powder coating onto the first outer surface of the inner elastic spherical-shell structure, so that, in comparison with the prior art, the possibility of skin allergy upon the user can be substantially reduced.
  • All these objects are achieved by the exercise ball structure coated with food-ingredient powders described below.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • The present invention will now be specified with reference to its preferred embodiment illustrated in the drawings, in which:
  • FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a preferred exercise ball structure coated with food-ingredient powders in accordance with the present invention; and
  • FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of FIG. 1 along line A-A.
  • DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • The invention disclosed herein is directed to an exercise ball structure coated with food-ingredient powders. In the following description, numerous details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. It will be appreciated by one skilled in the art that variations of these specific details are possible while still achieving the results of the present invention. In other instance, well-known components are not described in detail in order not to unnecessarily obscure the present invention.
  • Refer now to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2; where FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a preferred exercise ball structure coated with food-ingredient powders in accordance with the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of FIG. 1 along line A-A. As shown, the exercise ball structure coated with food-ingredient powders 100 includes an inner elastic spherical-shell structure 1 and an organic food-ingredient powder coating 2.
  • In detail, FIG. 2 demonstrates cross-sectionally a reference surface RA of FIG. 1. The inner elastic spherical-shell structure 1 has a first outer surface 11, a first inner surface 12 and a spherical center O. A distance from the spherical center O to the first inner surface 12 is defined as a first inner radius R1, and that from the spherical center O to the first outer surface 11 is defined as a first outer radius R2.
  • The organic food-ingredient powder coating 2, furnished to coat the first outer surface 11 of the inner elastic spherical-shell structure 1, has a second outer surface 21 and a second inner surface 22. A distance from the spherical center O to the second inner surface 22 is defined as a second inner radius R3, and that from the spherical center O to the second outer surface 21 is defined as a second outer radius R4. In this present invention, the second inner surface 22 and the first outer surface 11 are overlapped, and thus the second inner radius R3 is equal to the first outer radius R2.
  • A difference between the first outer radius R2 and the first inner radius R1 is defined as an inner shell thickness of the inner elastic spherical-shell structure 1.
